Just over a year after installation, the new pool coating is failing. Multiple pool companies have…read moreinspected it and identified that the surface was not properly prepared prior to application. There are numerous voids where the coating did not adhere to the pool shell. Those sections are now discolored, and calcium flakes are forming where air voids exist behind the coating. Best Florida Pool and Spas acid washed the surface earlier this year. This would have been an opportunity to identify the adhesion problem, but the issue was either not recognized or not communicated to me. Separately, Best Florida Pool and Spas installed a heater a few years ago that remains under warranty. The circuit board has failed. I have requested the purchase invoice needed to file a warranty claim, and they have not provided it. My recommendation to anyone considering this company: put a formal written contract in place before proceeding, so that you have clear documentation and legal recourse if problems arise.

The payment came through so that we could save a little bit of money just by doing an ACH direct payment very very helpful and very pleasant to work with koby and Blaine our project managers and go to people or absolutely phenomenal on returning phone calls making a visit explaining everything that's going on. You always got an answer back with a good explanation. we met one other individual Hal who came out when we had a minor issue with something and he was out the same day rectified the issue right then and there. We can't say enough about our experience with Premier Pools. Every subcontractor they used were top-notch quality, journey, level professional people. Whether it was the individual operating the backhoe to dig the original hole for the pool or when they're digging the line to put the water connections in. It was done very well in a very narrow confined spot and when they're done you go wow wonderful. Pavers were wonderful and the tile work absolutely spotless. We can't say enough. On our final stat up we had Jake, Camden and Martin out getting everthing connected to wi-fi. My wife and I just can't say enough positive things.

Taylor from Daydream Pools took the time to visit, measure the pool, and explain the causes of its discoloration and rust spots. We agreed on an estimate, and the crew arrived two days earlier than expected, the resurfacing work was exceptional. They meticulously chipped out the old plaster around the perimeter and outlet ports, then plastered the pool with the color I selected. The transformation was incredible--my pool went from a zero to a ten! They also replaced all the drain and port covers. The day after the water was added, Taylor returned to help get the pool started and added the necessary chemicals. I am very pleased with the crew and the service I received. That's why I can wholeheartedly recommend going with spas etc. Not only are we completely enamored with our tub, but the service from the moment we first walked into the store until now, has been first rate. We waited around 6 months for delivery and now that we have our tub we sleep better every night and our general well-being is significantly better. We had a few minor hiccups after our delivery and Dan and Kevin were on it from top to bottom. I have never experienced better customer service from any company, especially post purchase.
