Over the course of the last 4 years we have had every so called, self titled, and advertised as "professional" sprinkler repair and landscaper in the area and out of the area come through here for repairs and/or maintenance services. Promises were made, THOUSANDS of dollars were paid to them and the problems were either not fixed at all, or so poorly done that they returned in a very short period of time and on more than just a few occasions, worsened. We had come to the conclusion that since there aren't as nearly as many companies to choose from out here versus a major metropolitan area like L.A. that none of these companies really cared about the quality of their work. After all, we needed them more than they needed us , right? When the latest fiasco occurred we cringed and prepared for a repeat performance. We started going through the listings trying to find someone we hadn't already been screwed by...it was a VERY short list. After getting voicemail at the 2 or 3 companies that advertised Emergency Repairs, I was shocked when a live person answered my call. I still was so jaded that I gave the nice, very confident gentleman on the the other end of the line the serious third degree. In spite of my attitude, he assured me that if he came out he would take as much time as necessary to identify the problem and repair it properly. Still skeptical, I agreed to an appointment the following morning since it was already evening hours at that point. He said he would come by later that evening if he could but I didn't put much stock in it. To my surprise he called from the front gate about an hour later. He introduced himself as Juan and got right to work. He then did exactly what he said he was going to do - find it and fix it THE RIGHT WAY! We have since hired JGS to fix the entire irrigation system, put in a new lawn, and manicure the overgrown, unkempt mess of a backyard that our current landscapers were supposed to be maintaining. In closing, I will tell you very confidently that you WILL NOT FIND A HARDER WORKING, MORE PRIDE FILLED COMPANY... period!!!
