Summary: If your job is TOO Small, Sun Bright will not take the job and just Ghost you. I've tried multiple times to reach out (via text msg and mobile call), and have ZERO response. It has been 3+ weeks and since then I have gotten another electrician to do the job, realizing it only costed $360 from another professional. Be warned, Sun Bright is a legit and qualified company (based on their on site knowledge), but unless you're providing them with LARGE & Costly projects, you'll just end up getting Ghosted. Recommendation: Look elsewhere or go local, at least you'll know the job will get done by someone that'll respond.

I've hired these guys a few times now. The last job I had them do was 4 years ago to run electrical…read morein my yard for a hot tub and at that time an above ground pool. They found some wire underground that they decided to tap into for the job and proceeded to run conduit along my wood fence (it was supposed to be along the house and NOT from underground) which was not what we had discussed as the plan for that job. I voiced my concern about how it was done and they came back out and did the job as it was originally planned to do. The whole time the job was being worked on, my windows were open and I could hear the apprentice complaining about having to dig and how the dirt was hard (I get manual labor isn't for everyone, be professional at least) but they "corrected" the work and that was the last I called on them. Fast forward a few years and we have more work being done in our yard only to discover the wire they ran underground to one of the outlets not only was bare once it was in soil (I was under the impression it was run with conduit underground), but also only buried about 4-5" deep in most places. Although Joe has always been nice when he has been here doing work, his staff comes off lazy and incompetent and the work they completed was a HUGE safety hazard we were unaware of. I don't think I'd ever hire these guys again.
