And there's plenty of black mold in the men's locker room in the ceiling above the showers and in the grout lines of the showers between tiles. I think that's a pretty unhealthy thing! Overall, the place feels rundown and far from inviting. This location just isn't a pleasant or motivating environment anymore.

This gym honestly has some awesome employees too. Amber always comes in with that motivational energy like she's coaching Rocky before a title fight. Then there's Keith moving around the floor like a gym FBI agent making sure dumbbells make it back home safely. Dude cares about the place and it shows. Now parking... whew. Doesn't matter what time of day you go, whether it is 4 AM or four in the afternoon, it's decently staffed and overall clean. My only complaint is, I wish they had a few more of each of the machines. Because some of them you only have one and others you'll have two, but if you go during a busier time, it's really hard to make sure that you get to use all the machines you need to. If you're going in there for the treadmill, though there are plenty of treadmills.

There were a few folks there in the morning. Someone was also cleaning the gym too. She was really doing a great job cleaning EVERYTHING. Kudos to her. First off, vibes are immaculate. Purple is one of my favorite colors, so when the lights turn on, it is an awesome setting to be in. High ceilings and a wide array of equipment. Treadmills, assault bikes, box jumps, free weights, barbells, mats, and more. The punchbag set up seem super interesting to me, so definitely interested in seeing them used in action. Classes are available too. I hope timing works out that next time I'm in the area, I can try a class out! A quick glance on their website, looks like they have a free "60-min Body Transformation Game Plan Session" (50 available) as of Mar'23. Instead of offering a reasonable early termination fee, they told me I would have to pay the entire 2-year contract balance to cancel. Fine. I accepted the contract terms and made sure to cancel when the 2-year agreement ended. Fast forward two years -- I discovered they had continued charging me for FOUR additional months after the contract expired, at an increased rate. I called the gym directly, spoke with the manager, and was told they understood the situation and would process the cancellation and refund the post-contract charges. A month later? Still charged. I had to dispute the charges through my bank. Then I received a call from their third-party billing company, ABC Financial, demanding payment. They claimed I never submitted a written cancellation request and that cancellation requires 30 days' notice -- meaning I'm responsible for the disputed charges, additional charges during the "pending" period, and even their so-called annual "club enhancement fee." This process is intentionally difficult. There is no cancellation option in the app. You can't cancel directly through the gym. You're forced to go through a third-party finance company with rigid technicalities designed to keep charging you. Extremely frustrating experience. Be very cautious before signing a long-term contract here.
