From the…read morebeginning, she was very intentional about preparing everyone for what to expect, including the vulnerability, communication, and moments of physical and emotional intimacy that can come with the experience. That preparation made it much easier to feel safe, open, and fully present. Throughout the three-hour workshop, we were guided through exercises that gave us the opportunity to slow down, focus on one another, connect through intentional touch, and be together without the usual distractions of everyday life. As the only gay couple in the workshop, we felt completely welcomed and included, and never felt that the experience wasn't meant for us. We left feeling noticeably more connected, and that feeling continued into the days afterward. It was a thoughtful, unique, and genuinely meaningful experience that gave us dedicated time to reconnect with each other in a way we don't often make space for in everyday life.

I was able to heal and understand my unconscious triggers, limiting beliefs, and patterns--why I was choosing less, feeling unhappy and unsuccessful, and experiencing conflict and tears instead of living the life I was dreaming about.
