I had an amazing experience as a 1 on 1 client for Healing Reiki with Hae and also as a student of her reiki I and II certification course. I have been very sick for the last couple of months but during the reiki healing session somehow all of my physical symptoms dissipated and I was able to feel relaxed, at ease, pampered, and more energetically aligned for the duration of the session and afterwards. Hae Lee is an energy healer who believes her sixth sense and special aura gives her a way to help heal problems in your life. Hae started our session by having us write down things we feel, want to release, we need, want to celebrate, and who we trust. Next, we read them out loud. Then, we read a Native American thankfulness poem. We did exercises with our breathe and music. Hae believes that trauma can cause an imbalance in your shakras. She said that sickness or trauma can cause serious illness and disease, because have not expressed our truth and we store those emotions inside ourselves. Hae says that this negativity can be passed from generation to a younger generation. So, we need to deal with these negative past incidents. Reiki is a way to return to our natural state. Hae played music and we focused on our breathe. She took us a trip to our past self to try and be a conscious observer of our past. She instructed us to disconnect the bad energy. Hae said that we might be emotional and not to worry that was natural. I did feel very deeply and personally. We reflected by asking what did you see? What did we feel? What did we hear, smell, and taste? We were asked to think about what we need more of in our life? She instructed us to give it to ourself. Take deep, loving breathes and return to our awake state. Hae recommended taking Reiki lessons from herself or an associate, try to meditate, or use a selenite Crystal. I really enjoyed my session with Hae and wish that I was closer and able to take classes from her in person. She truly has a gift and a connection to others. Virtual Event: 09.02.2020 A virtual landscape of understanding Energy Healing. Directed by Hae Lee, an Energy Healer who extends her sixth sense & unique aura in recognizing, understanding & providing healing measures. The beginning of the session was a light journaling exercise where Hae asked us to write down the following: 1 - I feel 2 - I need 3 - I forgive 4 - I release 5 - I trust 6 - I celebrate This alone was a positive, releasing exercise. Afterward, we read them as a group, read a Native American poem on Thankfulness, followed by breathing & music exercises. I'm very high on Chakras & Hae helped with navigating us to seek boundary challenges with embracing self-healing techniques. This intuitive healing session aided in discovering one's inner purpose, cultivating self-awareness & uncovering other gifts we may have. I was intrigued by Hae's perspective on how trauma can imbalance one's Chakra's & I was in full agreement. While listening to music, we did a breathing exercise revisiting our past & releasing the bad energy we have been harboring. Hae's approach to teaching Reiki's technique for stress reduction & relaxation with promoting healing had an impact even via virtual. Update: 5/18/2020: Yesterday I completed Hae's Reiki I & II course via distant learning. Four months ago I saw Hae for my first reiki session and said that there are no coincidences. This just reaffirms that. When I first learned about her courses to become a certified reiki practitioner it sparked an interest inside, but I kind of just put it aside. Then Covid-19 happened and it gave me a chance to do some inner reflections. She started to offer the course online! After going back and forth about it, I finally took the leap and decided to sign up. It is so true when they say once you start to follow your life path, synchronicities start to happen. There is something so calming about Hae. Her voice also has that affect. A few things I enjoyed about her online reiki course was how convenient it was to take from the safety of my home. Even though it was online, distance has no boundaries, it's amazing how effective this process can be. Course materials are emailed and mailed directly to you. There was plenty of time for me to review them and prepare. Day 2 was my favorite day because we got to practice distant reiki on each other. She mentioned we'd be surprised at how in sync we'd be with our partner. I was so nervous, but in the end she was right! My partner's feedback gave me confirmation to trust myself. I highly recommend taking her course, even if you have no prior knowledge of reiki. It's simple yet effective! 01/25/2020: This was my first reiki experience and I'm so thankful I went to see Hae. I was definitely led to come across her Instagram profile with divine timing. The space at WNM space in Culver City has a great vibe and the location is so convenient. It was nice to start the session off with a little yoga to get centered. Everything flowed. Yoga to ground, Visualization meditation to clarify, Breath work to relieve, Reiki to heal. The ear acupuncture is such a nice treat at the end of the session. What I loved most were the oracle card readings! Very spot on.
