Every aspect of yoga is covered, from challenging asanas, through active standing and floor poses and pranayama (breathing techniques), as well as meditation techniques (with a crystal singing bowl!). Yes, you walk out of the studio with your ass thoroughly kicked, don't doubt it. It's a little more than that though, because due to the insight and talent of the skilled and empathic yogis there you might be shocked at what you were able to do, how gentle it was upon your body and how quickly is it helping you do all yoga can possibly do: get you in gorgeous shape, assist with focus and create a space within and without in which to be still. All of the yogis have different styles, but it's not a case of one in particular being the one to hit up every time. It's like tea: one day you feel like a nice black leaf with a little milk and honey, the next day you crave red rooibos and soon next week you'll want a good green sencha. I was quite skeptical about this and was disillusioned of how it could help me. I began researching to get a deeper feel of what hypnotherapy was all about and how it could help me, after some time researching I decided to try it anyway because at that point there was nothing to lose. When I came across Masha's profile, I felt a positive vibe from her picture and felt inside that she was the one I should try. She was very nice, easy to talk to and very welcoming and understanding of my issues. We discussed a few things on the and we set up an appointment. Prior to our meeting I was quite anxious about it all, what was I getting myself into and did I really need this? I put these thoughts aside and just decided to go for it. Coming into the office and talking to Masha made me feel at ease, I was calm and mellow and felt a really positive vibe in her presence. The hypnosis session was very calming, relaxing and definitely pulled me away from my anxieties.
