Work wasn't where I wanted it to be, I was trying to figure out my relationship, and I generally felt like I needed to get out of my own way. So I took a leap and went to see Kristine, while still being pretty convinced that hypnotherapy wasn't a real thing and certainly wasn't going to work on me. I did 4 initial sessions with her and something changed. Not because she waved a magic wand or suddenly turned me into a different person. She gave me tools. She helped change my outlook. She gave me confidence, a mantra I could actually use, and a way to keep myself in check when my brain wanted to go in 15 different directions. She helped me understand what actually needed my attention and what didn't. She also opened me up to manifestation and the law of attraction, 2 things I probably would have made fun of not that long ago. And then, shortly after our sessions, work picked up immensely. Other opportunities started showing up. Things in my personal life started becoming clearer. Call it manifestation, call it mindset, call it getting out of your own way. I don't really care what you call it. Something worked. I'm not going to tell anyone that hypnotherapy is magic or that you walk out of Kristine's office and suddenly your entire life changes. You have to be open to it. You have to do some work yourself. And most importantly, you have to believe that the things you want are actually possible for you. Kristine helps light the path. She gives you the tools and perspective to do something with it yourself. A huge thank you to Kristine for her kindness, patience and for helping me realize that a lot of what I was looking for was stuff I already knew deep down was mine to receive. I just needed a little help getting out of my own way.

And it has only been a couple hours since my first session. I came back home after this session to my sickly dog. I saw she had a service for pets on her website. I had texted her after my session: "Just thought I should let you know (and no rush or anything) but [my dog] has been shaking all day today in his back legs and lower back region He's had back problems before and the vet said they can only really act on emergencies just so worried for my baby." She responded, saying she will do his session in a bit. I didn't have to do anything. Just a couple minutes had gone by and his energy clearly shifted. It was unbelievable. I mean, he was immobile all day and just sad. Then all of a sudden, he's eating, walking around faster than he had been in a couple days, excited to go out. I am beyond amazed and so grateful to have had this experience and for my dog as well. I hope everyone and their pets who are going through anything find Soraya and experience her healing work. I feel so much gratitude and I am so glad to see my dog more active.

A uniquely gifted healer, she channels the Reiki energy in a powerful yet gentle way. She is able to clearly see the problem areas not just with one's physical body, but also with the energetic, subtle and even psychic bodies. Gabriela then directs Reiki to address the root causes of the underlying problems.  Every person experiences Reiki differently. With Gabriela's healing, I would sometime feel powerful heat emanating from her hands--even though they were actually cold. Sometimes I'd feel powerful vibrations, which caused my subtle body to resonate. Both the heat and the vibrations would hone in on problematic areas and would leave me rejuvenated and restored to balance. I had a serious chronic health issue, which started to come back. However, it got averted thanks to Gabriela's Reiki sessions. Even more impressive were the revelations about the aspects of my physical, mental and emotional being that Gabriela would often share after the sessions. Some of the things would not be known to anyone but me. The precision of the revelations would send chills down my spine and made a believer out of me--who is otherwise a rather skeptical person in nature. I received valuable insight and advice that served me well. I could not recommend this amazing healer more! Thank you for all the work that you hen done fixing me back to wholeness!
