And it has only been a couple hours since my first session. I came back home after this session to my sickly dog. I saw she had a service for pets on her website. I had texted her after my session: "Just thought I should let you know (and no rush or anything) but [my dog] has been shaking all day today in his back legs and lower back region He's had back problems before and the vet said they can only really act on emergencies just so worried for my baby." She responded, saying she will do his session in a bit. I didn't have to do anything. Just a couple minutes had gone by and his energy clearly shifted. It was unbelievable. I mean, he was immobile all day and just sad. Then all of a sudden, he's eating, walking around faster than he had been in a couple days, excited to go out. I am beyond amazed and so grateful to have had this experience and for my dog as well. I hope everyone and their pets who are going through anything find Soraya and experience her healing work. I feel so much gratitude and I am so glad to see my dog more active.

I was in need of a major energy shift late fall of last year. There were a few areas of my life…read morethat I was really struggling with and although I practice yoga a few times a week, eat healthily and workout, I allowed the issues to completely engulf me and my wellbeing. A couple of my dear friends suggested trying acupuncture and reiki. Not knowing too much about either, I was curious and used Yelp to find a reiki practitioner in my local area. Fortunately, I found three options based on their location and reviews. I inquired with all three. After having a brief conversation with Kindall, I could not stop thinking about her even though I thought I was actually going to try out another practitioner. There was something about Kindall that kept lingering in my mind, so I decided to listen to my body and booked a session. My experience with Kindall was extremely unique yet empowering and uplifting. Not only does she practice reiki, but she also reads cards and listens to the Universe. This was my first time meeting Kindall and everything she had essentially downloaded from the Universe about me was correct and meaningful to where I was, had been and where I was going in my life. (Truly fascinating and mind-blowing!!) The whole experience lasted 1.5 hours. She was magical and I felt incredible afterward. I highly recommend Kindall to anyone who wants to try or is in need of reiki healing!!

Right away after her session my mood and energy shifted and I felt and still feel so calm and happy! Thank you so much Kindall!! I feel so blessed to have met you

Work wasn't where I wanted it to be, I was trying to figure out my relationship, and I generally felt like I needed to get out of my own way. So I took a leap and went to see Kristine, while still being pretty convinced that hypnotherapy wasn't a real thing and certainly wasn't going to work on me. I did 4 initial sessions with her and something changed. Not because she waved a magic wand or suddenly turned me into a different person. She gave me tools. She helped change my outlook. She gave me confidence, a mantra I could actually use, and a way to keep myself in check when my brain wanted to go in 15 different directions. She helped me understand what actually needed my attention and what didn't. She also opened me up to manifestation and the law of attraction, 2 things I probably would have made fun of not that long ago. And then, shortly after our sessions, work picked up immensely. Other opportunities started showing up. Things in my personal life started becoming clearer. Call it manifestation, call it mindset, call it getting out of your own way. I don't really care what you call it. Something worked. I'm not going to tell anyone that hypnotherapy is magic or that you walk out of Kristine's office and suddenly your entire life changes. You have to be open to it. You have to do some work yourself. And most importantly, you have to believe that the things you want are actually possible for you. Kristine helps light the path. She gives you the tools and perspective to do something with it yourself. A huge thank you to Kristine for her kindness, patience and for helping me realize that a lot of what I was looking for was stuff I already knew deep down was mine to receive. I just needed a little help getting out of my own way.

The universe knew exactly what it was doing sending me back to the starting line. I've lost my way again. I indeed forgot how to calm my mind and body. It was a humbling way for the universe to tell me I am not meditating nor relaxing correctly. That's where Jessika comes in. She is the absolute best and is truly amazing at holding a safe space for you to achieve complete and total relaxation. She offers virtual appointments and thankfully she had availability within a few days. My experience during a session is walking in with a million thoughts racing through my head while my body can't sit down and walking out relaxed, peaceful, and focused. What a difference. I must admit how naive I was to think that reiki should not be a consistent part of my healing journey. Talking with Jessika, she made an interesting point that while reiki can help after one session its benefits can go beyond by being more consistent. I do agree because if one session can bring peace to my life imagine what monthly sessions could do for my health and healing. My goal is to be more consistent in reiki healings this year so that I can be the best version of myself. I can't wait to book my next session and continue to work on healing. So if you are on the fence, do it. Book the appointment and get started on your healing journey.
