And it has only been a couple hours since my first session. I came back home after this session to my sickly dog. I saw she had a service for pets on her website. I had texted her after my session: "Just thought I should let you know (and no rush or anything) but [my dog] has been shaking all day today in his back legs and lower back region He's had back problems before and the vet said they can only really act on emergencies just so worried for my baby." She responded, saying she will do his session in a bit. I didn't have to do anything. Just a couple minutes had gone by and his energy clearly shifted. It was unbelievable. I mean, he was immobile all day and just sad. Then all of a sudden, he's eating, walking around faster than he had been in a couple days, excited to go out. I am beyond amazed and so grateful to have had this experience and for my dog as well. I hope everyone and their pets who are going through anything find Soraya and experience her healing work. I feel so much gratitude and I am so glad to see my dog more active.

I dropped into deep relaxation almost instantly. There's something about her embodied wisdom that just puts you at ease the moment you're with her. That night I had a vivid dream. The dream then shifted, carrying me somewhere new, and the message that stayed with me was clear: to stay centered amid chaos, tune into your inner wisdom instead of staying stuck in your head. THE STORY: I found Christina at what has been the scariest obstacle in my life--life threatening illness. I knew it was finally time to do the one thing I'd refused to do for years, face the facts...I can't "figure it out on my own", if I want real health and wellness green juice wasn't going to be the only strategy anymore, and I had to face the really scary truths. Let's just say, no matter how good things seem to be or how much you pretend them to be...your mind knows the truth! EXPERIENCE: Christina literally radiates this amazing energy! She has the perfect balance!! She isn't faking the funk or robbing you with some astronomical price that will just stress you out more. She finds the it what YOU need each time you go. She isn't harsh or intense- she's honest, so unless you want to keep lying to yourself, she will make you own the truth (but don't worry she will walk you out of the stuff that's been weighing you down with love and laughs and fierce female vibes!). Work wasn't where I wanted it to be, I was trying to figure out my relationship, and I generally felt like I needed to get out of my own way. So I took a leap and went to see Kristine, while still being pretty convinced that hypnotherapy wasn't a real thing and certainly wasn't going to work on me. I did 4 initial sessions with her and something changed. Not because she waved a magic wand or suddenly turned me into a different person. She gave me tools. She helped change my outlook. She gave me confidence, a mantra I could actually use, and a way to keep myself in check when my brain wanted to go in 15 different directions. She helped me understand what actually needed my attention and what didn't. She also opened me up to manifestation and the law of attraction, 2 things I probably would have made fun of not that long ago. And then, shortly after our sessions, work picked up immensely. Other opportunities started showing up. Things in my personal life started becoming clearer. Call it manifestation, call it mindset, call it getting out of your own way. I don't really care what you call it. Something worked. I'm not going to tell anyone that hypnotherapy is magic or that you walk out of Kristine's office and suddenly your entire life changes. You have to be open to it. You have to do some work yourself. And most importantly, you have to believe that the things you want are actually possible for you. Kristine helps light the path. She gives you the tools and perspective to do something with it yourself. A huge thank you to Kristine for her kindness, patience and for helping me realize that a lot of what I was looking for was stuff I already knew deep down was mine to receive. A couple of my dear friends suggested trying acupuncture and reiki. Not knowing too much about either, I was curious and used Yelp to find a reiki practitioner in my local area. Fortunately, I found three options based on their location and reviews. I inquired with all three. After having a brief conversation with Kindall, I could not stop thinking about her even though I thought I was actually going to try out another practitioner. There was something about Kindall that kept lingering in my mind, so I decided to listen to my body and booked a session. My experience with Kindall was extremely unique yet empowering and uplifting. Not only does she practice reiki, but she also reads cards and listens to the Universe. This was my first time meeting Kindall and everything she had essentially downloaded from the Universe about me was correct and meaningful to where I was, had been and where I was going in my life. (Truly fascinating and mind-blowing!!) The whole experience lasted 1.5 hours. She was magical and I felt incredible afterward.
