I had the great fortune of experiencing my first official reiki session with Guzel last year. She created a calm and rejuvenating space, and I was profoundly impacted by the session. Guzel's extensive studying of plant medicine, combined with her profound knowledge of energy healing and astrology, undoubtedly sets her apart. First time trying Reiki and Guzel was amazing! She explained the whole process, how it unfolds, what to focus on, and helped me through my experience. After my session we spent some time discussing my first experience with Reiki, what I felt physically, emotionally and advised me to pay attention to how I feel, vision/dreams for the next few days, which surly enough a couple of days later I had a dream that did not make sense to me at the time. I've come to Guzel for three Reiki sessions now, and all of them have been amazing. I felt an instant connection with her and have felt really supported by her on several levels. I really appreciated that she takes the time to talk beforehand where it's almost like a mini therapy session. I feel that when people come for Reiki they almost always have a need to also voice what's bothering them, and I was no exception. That's been also a nice way to clear my head before the sessions. The sessions themselves have felt really nourishing and relaxing. I feel really fresh and clear after them. And she also gives me the chance to talk afterwards to process anything I need to after the session, AND to pull a tarot card, which has just been an awesome little extra to take away with me. I experienced a very powerful prenatal reiki session with Guzel just days before my baby arrived. She took me into a profound state of deep relaxation and cleared the collected stress and worry I had on a subconscious level around my approaching due date. I was recently in a women's retreat in Costa Rica co-lead by Guzel. Guzel lead us in several exercises, and one in particular that helped me understand more about my rather dysfunctional relationship with men, and another exercise that helped me understand my parents more. I was deeply damaged by sexual abuse as a kid, and I felt very safe to share and go deeply with Guzel and the other facilitator. Guzel´s empathy and love made me feel that even though I had one of the darker "stories" of the group, I was understood and not alone. Because of her being real and really being there for all of us, I never felt any judgement. She seemed to use her intuition to be there at the right time and say the right things.
