I came to Jennifer with a unique problem. It wasn't necessarily life coaching nor relationship coaching, but more therapy for some issues and bad habits I have been working on for nearly 20 years. I knew I wouldn't be a good partner, mother, and all around better self without some work and resolute. But getting rid of 20-year-old habits seems almost impossible, and I knew I wouldn't be successful alone. After having both great and not so great therapists, I knew I needed to find a match who was willing to help regardless of cost. Having bad habits so ingrained, and unable to kick them for so long, I thought maybe I should be looking for a therapist with a neurological background. Enter Jennifer. During our first free discovery session (try it, it doesn't hurt!), I was very blunt with what I needed, and she too was very honest with her background on my situation and what she could provide. And she definitely held up her end of the deal and then some. While I'm not doing the coaching necessarily, she still has been happy to provide me with those tools and anything else that can help me grow. Jennifer's advice is often simple, which for me makes it work. This is not to say I am bringing easy problems to her, but rather she is so good at what she does that she knows how to find easy solutions and work with you to maintain them. (And pivot if something isn't working for you.) She is calm, incredibly understanding, and has also given me the tough love when I needed it (which I find some therapists/counselors don't necessarily do, and I truly need). The problem I had before I began working with Jennifer was... 1) very low self esteem 2) I had not been a relationship or dated for about a dozen years. Through working with Jennifer I have come to understand the blocks I had to finding love, and now have tools and techniques to release those blocks. Through working Jennifer I have begun to learn to love myself and I've noticed after at least a decade of being 'invisible' to men, I am attracting attention from men that is, for now, light and friendly. I am taking these opportunities to be my most upbeat, gregarious self. I feel as if I am getting true self back. I just recently finished the Becoming a Soulmate Magnet course so for now my life seems to simply be running more smoothly, there are still challenges, and I am dealing with them in a much calmer way than before. I saw Jen for 6 months ish and I am SO very happy I did. I had a lot of things in my life i needed to work out. I needed help figuring it all out. She is very welcoming, sweet, personable, and relatable. Her office is in her home which is super cozy, clean, and private. No one has ever been there when i had an appointment, not even her husband. Came to Conscious Life Coaching for an emergency session. I was in a horrific state of profusely crying. Jennifer immediately knew what to do. I couldn't even get words out but she was able to begin the session regardless. After a couple of rounds of EFT, (Okay, more like 100 rounds) I finally came to be able to talk. She then did what she called sourcing and we found out why I was crying. She made me feel at ease w/crying in front of her and completely comfortable to just let it happen. She did some muscle testing on me to see what my body had to say about what I was completely oblivious to. I found out a great deal about energy I had held w/in most likely from birth. Painful emotional feelings that were overwhelming to my system. After, we purged all that we could she ended w/ a hypnotherapy session that was so calming and relaxing. She incorporated some affirmations that my body was in need of within her guided meditation, that was so thorough and effective that I truly felt she had gotten to the bottom of the issues and that they would never cycle w/in me ever again. I'm so grateful for Jennifer for her skill, understanding, and humor that she provided during my session. The situation in my life didn't change but my ability to remain myself and move forward with grace emerged. I'm eternally grateful and will def be back for more. I've been working with Jen now for about 5 months after seeing her yelp page. I had just moved across the country, felt completely lost and alone, was overwhelmed, and was stuck in a horrible job that was causing panic attacks. When I first met with her I told her I felt like I was falling back into the pit. This pit being my tumultuous past struggles with severe anxiety, eating disorders, panic attacks, etc. She assured me that we would be able to build up a safety net over the pit so I could never fall far. But she didn't just give me a net, she took on the challenge of actually filling in this pit. During this short time working with her I've been able to leave a toxic work environment, find a new job that I love, overcome my severe anxiety/panic disorder, and put an end to a lot of my eating issues. Not only that but we tackled setting goals for myself, discovering what my values are, which direction to head my life, and all of these fundamentals to build myself up stronger. I'm more confident in my relationships, setting boundaries, and taking care of myself. Most importantly, I love that Jen has given me the ability to listen to and love myself again. This I can never thank her enough for. Her enthusiasm to help me discover the truth, remove the blocks, and then grow in a positive direction was so amazing. I thought I had tried everything to "cure" myself (from therapists to psychiatrists to holistic medicine/treatments to rehabilitation centers, literally everything!)... but it turns out Jen's powerful tools of EFT, hypnotherapy, and coaching were the only thing that have made a drastic improvement to my life. I have to admit I was skeptical at first, but I couldn't believe the transformation. If she doesn't have a tool that fits exactly what you need, she will make it. I've had multiple sessions with Jennifer over a year or so. We used Skype audio call for our sessions as I didn't have a webcam. She is very, very good at what she does. I went to CLC after noticing a relationship pattern in my life that I was unable to break on my own. Rather than continue to place blame elsewhere, I decided that the lowest common denominator was me, I was the one that continued to attract this same type of person over and over. After my free initial consultation with Jennifer, I bought a 4 session package deal. I had no experience with EFT or Life Coaching, but I figured I had nothing to lose by trying this therapy. I had spent my entire life hating how I looked and after my first session (1.5 hours) with Jennifer, 3 decades of self hate was gone, totally and completely gone. After my second session, I uncovered some reasons why I sabotaged my own success. After my third session, I was able to heal a very strained and painful relationship with my sister, back to a place where we are incredibly close once again. At this point, I bought a 2nd 4 session package. Working with Jennifer was like pulling myself broken, tattered and torn, out of a dusty, dirty attic and polishing me back to the pristine beautiful marble statue I truly am. Jennifer is kind, compassionate, empathetic, and nurturing. It is also blaringly clear that she cares deeply about her clients and more important...she knows her clients are capable of healing themselves. She has used many, many tools (EFT, hypnosis, NLP, rewriting the script, timeline therapy, etc...) to help me to heal whatever it was that needed healed.
