My wife had a veggie burger with fries. While a bit messy, she also thought it was very good. Service was friendly and around when we needed it. After eating, we walked inside and around the taproom and windows where you can see the brewing area. Highly recommend!

None of the food is healthy, but sometimes you need some grease. It's also very good grease. I had a flight of 6 draft beers. All good. One was a sour beer. At first I was scared if it. With each sip I said to myself this is weird. This is strange. Then this is good. Now I kinda like it. I really like that the fish and chips can include three different kinds of fish. Cod, haddock and salmon. Even more impressive was the bun on my fish sandwich. The outside was crispy and the inside soft and colored red! Amazing bun. The servers are nice, it has a small coed bathroom that lets the ladies have a peek at guys trying to be firemen! I highly recommend, tabarnak, ostie cross Siboire!

It looks really stunning - everything looks new and clean with plenty of seating in the large dining room. When we arrived it wasn't too crowded and were seated towards the side of the dining room close to the windows. At its heart, this is a brewery and they have a good selection of craft beer. We were given the option of beer if we wanted to pay on our own, but we were really there for poutine which was included in the tour. I'm not much of a beer person so I passed, but did partake in the poutine. It was pretty good, though I wouldn't say it was too noteworthy. I have now had poutine from several places in the city, and this would be middle of the road for me. It was tasty and quality, but nothing too exciting. I don't really fault them though, as poutine is not the star of the show here. Service as good - overall I had a fine experience at Siboire. I need to return to explore more of their menu - and possibly a beer.

The place was loud and they had plenty of big screen TVs positioned around the bar. This place is multiple stories and the bathroom can be found on the top floor. It was slightly hard to find because a crowd was blocking the signage that pointed towards it when I reached the top floor, but I was eventually able to find it. Once our waiter came to take our order we sat back and waited for a while. But it felt like service was running a bit slow. And unfortunately, every time we asked for something from our waiter, it would take him what felt like 30 minutes intervals for him to come back to us. So service wasn't so smooth. The food was delicious though. I did enjoy my beer battered poutine and the flight of beers offered plenty to be enjoyed. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I wouldn't recommend coming if you're looking for a quick bite to eat.

Even those with more casual interest in beer probably know that DDC makes really great drinks. And yep, they were excellent. Beyond that, the space had a very old-fashioned look. Really nice wooden fixtures and a very warm, welcoming vibe. He expressed interest in hitting up some breweries, so I did some research and compiled a few we could potentially visit. Brasserie Dieu du Ciel was one of them, and it just so happened we were in its vicinity after our Mile End food tour concluded. That being said, we made our way over. While I am not a beer person myself, I'll have a round or two if I'm with a group, and can appreciate a good brewery. My first impression of Dieu du Ciel was just that - the vibes were on walking in. The space is pretty large - kinda separated into semi- compartmentalized spaces with tables throughout. There's not much decor, but medium-toned woods throughout which gave it a sort of upscale feel. They offer a food menu, but we were just here for drinks. They have a really wide selection of beer - again, I'm no connoisseur, but I could tell that the selection was way more than other breweries I've been to. I ended up getting a cider for the first round and a stout for my second round - both very good. Service was great, and overall we enjoyed our time at Dieu du Ciel. Their selection and comfortable setting made it a standout brewery for me out of the ones I've visited in Montreal - I wouldn't hesitate to return.
