I went here with friends tonight after a long and exhausting weekend. We needed to let loose and…read morejust relax and this was the perfect place to do so. We arrived around 5:30pm and left around 8. When we arrived we immediately felt warm and cozy. The vibes are absolutely immaculate! There are plants and cute decor everywhere and the lighting is really soothing. We were shown to a table in the back that was more private and it really felt like we had our own little garden that we were hanging out in. The server was very nice and friendly. Both she and the other server or bartender were friendly and attentive. We ordered a bunch of drinks throughout the night. I had two pinky promises because I don't drink and they were absolutely delicious. They have some great mocktail options to choose from! We also got the hummus board and the bites board and they were fantastic! The hummus board had two rotating hummus options - one was a normal hummus and the other was a beet hummus. The pita chips seemed freshly made and were AMAZING. I wish I could take a bag to go with me! The bites board was also amazing and had some delicious cheeses. We asked to have the meats replaced with other things to make it vegetarian and it was fantastic. They should add it as a menu item, we loved every bit of it! It didn't feel like it had substitutions at all. We loved every second of our time there and kept saying how we wished it was local to us. This place is an absolute gem and I hope it gets more traction because of how wonderful it is. If I ever visit Spokane again I will absolutely be back here!

Being full of plants and dog friendly added to the appeal for our crew. The service and cocktails were top notch, though I was a little sad that most of the food options I was interested in were not available. The charcuterie and hummus plates were nice, and ample servings for our whole table. Our small group had a great experience, and I truly hope more people will recognize what a gem this place is!

Our drinks were always full and she answered all our questions. She brought me beer samples to figure out which one I wanted. The waiter was busy but always greeted and said goodbye to all guests coming and going. Food 10/10 For the tablet we got calamari, the Durkins famous double cheeseburger and the fried bologna sandwich. The food was extremely fresh! The cheese was melted to perfection. We left with full bellies but not feeling heavy. The food was decadent but not greasy. My husband got a mocktail, spiced cranberry and it was fabulous! My husband and I can't wait to go back. We paid approximately $100 with tip, so it's not cheap, but WORTH IT for the quality of food and service.

Upon my encounter with one of the bartenders, I was told that they only had one burger. It was a double burger and it came with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and a delicious pickle. The burger was spot-on and much better than I had anticipated. It was fairly large and filling and was cooked nicely. It came with some fries and a dipping sauce that always was a good adjunct to the burger. Burger came it to ~$25.00 which is expensive for a burger, but given inflation and the deliciousness this burger represented, I was satisfied. Ambiance-wise, it is a nice looking bar that serves food, and they make upscale drinks. Definitely was not planning on having drinks here, but the bartender was nice enough to agree to make me a royal aviation as they make regular aviations. I will definitely be back for that and I am looking forward to it. Highly recommend this place!

Sorella - Al La Vodka

The decor is stunning, with many photo frames hanging, candles, open kitchen and bar, looks very fancy. Definitely gives an "anniversary" energy. The restaurant is a family-style setup, so it's better to go with a group of friends and sharing, and that you can try more dishes. Reservations are a must, as it gets busy fast. What i tried: * Starter: Caesar salad and ricotta focaccia. Both solid, but that focaccia really stands out - soft, rich, a bit sweet and super satisfying * Pasta: Both alla vodka and bolognese are very delicious, comforting and well-balanced, I couldn't stop eating. But the limone (lemon butter pasta) was a bit too disappointing. I had one in April 2025 and I remember it was so delicious, but this time it isn't as good. * Appetizers: Dante's meatballs are must try here, HUGE, super tender, flavorful and sitting in a bright, tangy tomato sauce. Very classic but addictive. This is also my first time trying arancini (fried rice ball with gouda and pepper), which had a nice crispy outside with a creamy texture inside. Also highly recommend you should order it here. * For main dishes: We had NY steak, a bit too salty though it was cooked perfectly. Franzino (pan seared fish) was fresh and delicate with lemon, butter, and capers. I also tried the chicken parmigiana and it's always my favorite thing here, crispy, cheesy, and very comforting. * Cocktails were just as good as the food. I had Sorella gin martini and Hugo spritz - both delicious but Hugo spritz was my favorite, a bit sour from lemon and refreshing from mint - a good paired for all the food I got. * Dessert: I tried both vanilla gelato and lemon sorbet. Average, nothing too exciting. Overall: great spot for a date night or group dinner when you want good Italian food in a fancy restaurant in Spokane! Highly recommend.

The ambiance is lovely. Good wine, interesting cocktails, freshly made focaccia ( at $14/ serving…read more-it should be) salads are tasty. But this restaurant is very pricey for inconsistent food. We've been twice now- didn't love it enough the first time but wanted to give it a second chance. The lemon pasta was divine the first time- but my carbonara was unflavored paste- I literally thought I had COVID and lost the ability to taste food but everyone else's food tasted good so that theory didn't hold up. This time I ordered the lemon pasta and instead of creamy, delightful and tasty it was a little bland and watery. The waitress "fixed it " by offering me more Parmesan to thicken it. I'd added prawns- they were nice. My companion ordered the veal parm- the tomato sauce wasn't amazing and the breading was a bit heavy. He wasn't impressed and didn't finish the dish. The risotto was just OK. Again, it's very pricey for just OK. The food isn't trash but if you've had great food you don't want to pay so much for just ok. We would rather spend the money at Luna or Francaise or Wooden City. Dessert was yummy. The first time we went we arrived first seating and it looked like the AARP theater crowd, the last night we went seemed like a galantine's preview! So if you're there for the drinks, appetizers and ambiance it's quite nice. I can't endorse it whole heartedly because the entree's weren't consistently good enough to give the full 5 stars. Service was fine and we tipped accordingly. Good luck!

What we ordered: * Whipped Honey Cornbread: Seared edges, whipped honey butter, and scallions. Honestly addictive. Sweet, buttery, slightly crisp on the outside and soft inside! I just can't stop eating them * Hush Puppies: Served hot and crunchy with Louisiana Come Back sauce. Simple but really well done, especially with this dipping sauce. * Poached Pear Salad: Sweet poached pears, with a nutty flavor from candied pecans and dried cherries. I don't like goat cheese so I just pretend it didn't exist Light but flavorful, with a nice balance of sweet and tangy to pair with 2 heavy dishes above. * Voodoo Pork Chop: My main dish, I was surprised with the huge portion (10oz chop), served with collard greens, creole sauce, and sweet potatoes. Pork was incredibly tender and juicy, a bit salty but this is one of the best ones I've had in a while. It honestly felt like two servings and is definitely shareable. The space is beautiful with eclectic interior design, warm lighting, and a staircase that gives the whole place a nice vibe for dinner.
