Sam was perfection from the start of the meal to the finish. She had the best vibes and attitude and wore the coolest looking Van's. We're not vegan, but as vegetarians we love vegan restaurants that have figured out how to make deliciousness out of plant-based foods. As tasty as the drinks were, it's really the vibe that I love. There was a lot of ice cream, very finely shaved ice, jelly bits, red beans, crushed oreos, and I'm not sure what else, but again, more ice cream than ice. At this price point, I don't think I'll try the Bingsu again, and I can't say I'm excited about the other menu items, but you never know, I may give it another shot and try other breakfast items. It's not fair to judge an eatery based on 1 item, but looking at the ambiance and service also, for now I'll throw out a rating of 3 1/2 stars. Add another 1/2 star if you love waffles.
