Ironically, later that same day we went to the Bonchon in Lowell, ordered takeout, and the food was night and day--hot, fresh, crispy, and exactly what Bonchon should taste like. So this clearly isn't a Bonchon problem--it's a Bonchon Salem problem. Please do better.
