This place was amazing. We were just walking along trying to find a charcuterie, but anything we yelped was closed by 7:45. My boyfriend pointed out a stand and said oh look, crepes! What we came upon was definitely not crepes but even better-a cheese and meats shop! Fanny, the lady that helped us throughout the outing was so helpful and generous! She gave us heaping samples of anything we thought to try and suggested some delicious jambon iberico and black truffle fromage (cheese). Each taste was so divine and wonderful that we bought back to consume for dinner. The foie gras with fig was a highlight as well- it was sweet and rich, with such a smooth and earthy flavor to it. So, so, so worth the 36~ Euros for that hefty slab. The prices were affordable and quite low for their quality cuts and service. Fanny poured us some champagne, peach wine that we ended up purchasing two bottles of, and gave us free goodies along with our purchase to serve with the meats and cheese. She also told us an available option of vacuum sealing the products for longer lasting to bring back to the States, or mailing a box on our own or through them, although a minimum of 200 Euros would be required for an order to be shipped through the store. We're definitely coming back here and telling everyone about this place!! Thanks again Fanny! read more
