Me and my cousin got our nails done together, we both got different employees. My lady did and amazing job, she did exactly what I said. However, my cousin was very unsatisfied with her nails, her lady did the opposite color of what asked for and did much shorter than asked. Her nails came out clumpy and messy, she gave her marks and hurt her as well as made her bleed. For me I would give a 5 star but because of my cousins experience I give a 4. I gave this place a chance. I went in for a full set and pedicure. The lady was ok. The pedicure was pretty good but the guy left me there for a good while to start another woman pedicure. First, I want to say that I never take reviews at face value. One person's experience doesn't mean it will be mine, however I regret not listening to all the reviews I read that said "RUDE" "Unsanitary" etc. The owners/managers are are completely rude- to the point where they begin to gaslight you when you ask for length to be checked or for a redo when your nails don't turn out right. If i'm paying for a service, I just want to be happy with the outcome. I spent $97 in their salon yesterday. I spent a little under 4 hours in the salon getting a pedicure and fill in with design. I was passed around from nail tech to nail tech because they were so busy and the only girl "qualified" to do a design was with someone else. That's fine- it's not my complaint. My nails turned out horrible- to which I was unable to stay to have them fixed after spending so long sitting there. I called the same day I came to the salon to ask if I could come the next morning to have them redone. She immediately said yes, but that the original lady who did them wouldn't be there, and so when I came, she got into it with me, (full on raising voices) blamed me for not speaking up, walked away and began to ignore me and take other customers. 100% will NEVER step foot in this salon ever again. Y'all, I just wanted decent nails. (see photos) I NEVER write bad reviews because everyone has bad days- And to be clear, i'm still not upset with the lady who did them- I'm upset with how the salon is handling the customer service. All I wanted was for her to acknowledge the fact that I was unhappy and that the design was way off. I wasn't asking for a refund until they REFUSED to paint over them. In that case, I wanted a refund so I could go somewhere else to get them fixed. I ended up going elsewhere and getting them redone. If I could give this place no stars I would, I went in to get gel powder on my real nails. I sat down immediately the lady clearly did not know what she was doing, I told her I wanted all white nails and glitter on my ring finger , she started to clip my real nails even tho I told her not to. She said she was going to fix the shape and make them all the same length. I went in at 12 and did not leave till 3:45. I had to keep asking her to fix them. Every finger is a diffent shape and length and there is so much gel on my fingertips it looks lumpy! When I talked to the manger telling her how unhappy I was she started yelling at me saying I must pay! I must pay! I told her I would not pay 55 for something so ugly! I am not one for doing negative reviews. EVER. But here we are. I had called in and asked for an appointment, got both my girls and I in for a two full sets, manicure, and a pedicure. We had to wait over 45 minutes for our turn and after spending 3 hours at the salon the quality of their work was very poor. 3 days later my daughter had to come back in to fix a split nail they gave her mess for it and I said how ever she did it just fix it. Why make a fuss? One single nail took them over 45 minutes. ‍ I had to go home and clean up her nails around the edges and I had to file mine to ensure that they all were evenly sized. My toes weren't even cleaned up around the edges or shaped straight. When it came to pay it felt like they just added their own price. I tried to do the math based off their "price chart" it most certainly didn't match. I don't recommend and won't be coming back. Extremely disappointed! I'd honestly give it no stars. There were like 8 clients walk in they tell them to wait and they ended up walking out. I don't blame them! read more

Went in for a pedi with a friend last week and were seated in the chairs almost immediately after picking colors. After sitting the chair we literally waited 25-30 mins for them to put water in the foot tub! It wasn't even that busy to not take a minute and put the water on. Finally someone goes to put the water on and I can't even put my feet in because how hot it is. The worker 2 chairs down said is it hot I said yes. I figured she would come over for a sec and change it but she just kept with what she was doing. Lady finally comes "is it hot" duh. Otherwise my feet would be in the tub. Very small/cramped place with A LOT of jewelry and overall "junky" looking items for sale in the front of the store. Not something I have seen before in a nail salon! A gentleman here did my full set of pink/white acrylic nails, with tips. I wasn't overly happy with them because they looked really thick and the tips weren't glued well to my natural nail, which will allow moisture to get in and cause fungus. Been a customer for almost 2yrs (off &on). The experienced nail techs are some of the best I've had, in the 13yrs I've been in GA. They get a 5 star rating because the good, far outweighs the bad. The three occasions that I have been serviced at another salon, weren't good enough to keep me away. I went in thinking that I was going to get an acrylic set like the pictures online and a pedicure. The pedicure was okay but wasn't my best ever. My acrylics where the problem. The girl was frustrated and took it out on my nails. I ended up having bleeding fingers from where she filed the skin off even after she saw me obviously cringing and saying it hurt. I went into this nail salon yesterday to get a fill and pedicure. The place was busy so if they would have had me wait, I would have understood but they told me to sit in a chair. I was looking at the colors on be wall but they rushed me to sit down. I sat there and waited for a bit awkwardly because they didn't have the water for my feet. I'm not even sure the bowl had been cleaned from the last person. Then they moved my drink I brought in to the cupholder of the girl sitting next to me. I waited some more. Honestly I'm not very satisfied. Came here looking to try a different nail salon, and I will stick with the one that I've been going to or continue to search. Received very mediocre service, and my nail polish was painted so thick, I literally waited here for 25 minutes & my nail polish literally smeared off completely the second i attempted to leave. When I brought this to their attention, they nonchalantly told me that I needed to wait longer. She did a half ass job, and tried to paint over the smeared polish & only remove the terribly smeared toe nails . Never have I ever been told that it's going to take my nails 30 minutes to dry! It's usually 15 & while I understand that they're not always 100% dry at 15 minutes, there's no reason after 25 minutes my nails should have smeared as much as they did here. We talked the whole time like we were good friends. Then came the nails. The only man in the shop, not sure if he's the owner or what, did my nails. Another girl was going to do them but when I told her what I wanted she said he would have to do it. So I waited. I asked for pink and white ombré acrylics. I even showed both of them a picture. I left with brown and white acrylics. He uses some brownish/ nude color of powder that he cut with white to attempt to make it pink. It did not end up pink. He rushed through my manicure like he had somewhere to be and didn't do a great job. I left very upset especially because I went there on my friend's recommendation. I won't be returning. Will not be going back. The ladies couldn't understand what I said and I couldn't understand what they said. They were rude at first which I didn't appreciate. I got a gel mani and a pedicure. I sat with my feet in water for 30 minutes before they started. No massage on my legs like im used to either. The gel mani doesn't look good. The color isn't even and she put it on way too thick. We'll see if it lasts the 2 weeks, I highly doubt it. Also, from the language barrier, she didn't understand that I wanted designs on my nails as well. If I wanted one soild color I would have done it myself. Overall I am not impressed. As far as cleanliness, they used old buffers and nail files. They should use a new one for every customer. Its disgusting to have who knows how many people's dead skin cells rubbed all over your own nails. Come here if you don't mind paying for half-a**ed work. read more

I have only been here 3 time the first time I got my nails and brows done and I was pleased with both services. The second time I got my brows done by a different woman she did an ok job but I wasn't really to happy with my brows, the third time I got a different woman who used way to much wax and took off too much hair I'm still growing my eyebrows out from it and both brows were shaped completely differently. I understand that brows aren't ever identical but you always shape them similarly. I've been here twice, both times for nail services only. I really like the fact that this shop is clean, and they use tub liners and disposable utensils when doing pedicures, so that's a huge plus if you're picky. I do not like the extended wait times here, and there seems to be various staff working at a given moment (different both times I went. There were several younger girls, perhaps high school age working on one occasion). I also wear only an overlay on my fingernails and it was done way too thick. I plan to try this place again as I like the sanitary methods. However I think it's hit or miss depending on who services you, so beware :-) read more

About a month ago I went to Le Nails on W. Oglethorpe Highway to get a mani-pedi. I waited 45 minutes before anyone would start on my services. I had to skip the manicure because of time. So this month I called to make an appointment so that I wouldn't have to wait so long, giving them the benefit of the doubt. I spoke to a gentleman who I told I wanted an appointment with Kam for 11:15. He didn't ask for my name so I said, "Would you like my name?" He said, " No, just come in and tell me." So when I got there today I said,"I have an 11:15 with Kam." He told me to sit in chair 6. Kam was working on another customer. So a lady started my manicure, so I thought Kam would be with me when she finished up, but when another lady entirely sat down to do my pedicure I said to Kam,"My appointment is with you." She said, "You have an appointment with me?" "Yes." "Oh, so sorry you should have told me." "I did tell him when I came in!" This place is my new favorite salon. Very clean and bright. The use individual liners in each pedi tub that they change out as soon as you get up from the chair. They also use new toe spacers when your ready to paint. When you are first soaking they give you a menu of different options ranging from $21-$70.
