Love everything about this place. This one of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had getting my nails done. They did my nails just like I wanted and didn't try to push anything extra that I didn't want. There was a line when I went which makes sense because of how nice this place is. BUYERS BEWARE ‼ I usually love my experience at Nail Trix, unfortunately their new nail tech ASTI MITCHELL (found out she's unlicensed) does very bad work. Each time I have come all of my polish and rhinestones are falling off days after my appointment. First she said it was her broken lamp, then she stated she probably didn't use enough glue. Im new in town and wanted to get a manicure. Got the dip powder manicure and it came out great. I've been getting dip for a while now and these feel really nice, waiting to see if they last three weeks. The manicurists are quiet but dont confuse that for rude, they are not rude. The guy doing my nails paid attention to detail and listened to what my preferences where as i told him along the way. The service i got was just dip with no extras or added length (tips) besides the one nail i asked to do a different color and they did not charge me extra for that. Total was $36 not including tip. Which is the best price i have gotten these done for and they were done well. Almost got a pedicure too but didn't have time. read more

They can do good eyebrows on males but I was told there were happy endings (there weren't) so I looked really stupid taking off my clothes but I ended up getting laid that night from my eye brows looking so good she was pretty big but I'm still counting that as a win. read more

Even when they are busy they make sure to pay attention to detail and don't rush their services. I do think they are understaffed because the long waits are kinda crummy. Will come back but not after 130pm because I showed up at 2 and didn't leave until 6 thats with me waiting 15/20 minutes to start my services and for an hour to get my manicure AFTER my pedicure was finished. read more

What I look forward to the most when i get a pedicure is my massage with lotion. I paid for a massage with a scrub and cooling gel in addition to a massage with lotion which never happened. I just got a crappy 30 second massage with the scrub. I didn't say anything because I don't like to be that person but next time I will be vocalizing that and getting what I paid for but I doubt there will be a next time here read more

Went in here nobody greeted us so my husband and I just sat down.. then another female came in she wasn't greeted either then another female came in and the guy that had been sitting there this whole time says "can I help you ma'am?" She replied told him what she wanted and he was like "sign in" Man I walked out of there so fast.. no way to do business. This is a small mom and pop type of place, but they try very hard to accommodate everyone. My nails stay on, are straight, and look good. They reshape or thin when requested and the changes were done well. However, they did go a little deep when filing and there were small cuts, but overall a good place to get your nails done. read more

I just moved here per military reason. I told the tech I normally get a basic pink acrylic powder and clear nail polish. She pulled out white powder. I told her that, I wanted pink. She did my nails and when I came back from washing my hands. I asked her how much and she said $35. I said "for what?" I don't have gel nails or gel nail polish. She said she used "gel powder." But that's not what I asked for. So then she said she would just charge me $30. The owner or shop manager didn't speak with me directly even when he saw/heard a problem. The tech should have told me before putting the gel powder on my nails, that it was gel. Needless to say, I didn't have a great experience. This is horrible customer service. This was the 1st nail shop that I've been in since moving to Hinesville. But I will never go back to this one. I paid $30 for some "ok" nails and NO COLOR. read more
