Wish I could leave a negative review!!!! I got the #2 for $40 from the pedicure list and it was horrible. I normally go to nail trim and what I pay $35 for is the best compared to what I got for $40. I probably should have checked the reviews before I went but when I saw the outside and how inside was clean I thought I gave them a chance but they are only pretty. The pedicure was pointless because my feet feels worse. No scrub, no cheese grater a mediocre massage and I then they slapped on a pointless towel on my legs and then all they use was a pumice omg!!! I am a black woman it's visible that I have dry feet that's why I went for a pedicure. I didn't want any polish on my nails because they are damage and I'm growing them out, hear me when I say not even some cuticle oil.....nothing Then I heard I'm done. Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I paid for the $45 pedicure and it wasn't even a basic pedicure. Zero massage and I mean zero. He slapped some scrub on my legs, washed it off put some mask on my legs with hot towels painted my toes. No lotion on my feet and no massage. I will never go back to this nail salon. read more

I'm so bummed with how hard it is to find a decent nail salon... I went and got a pedicure and paid for one of the "deluxe " ones... total rip off. The lady next to me got a regular one and mine was over before hers, even though we started at the same time. Mine was super rushed and the whole "soft feet " blah blah blah in the description was def not the case. For some reason the bottom of my feet felt worse. They weren't even busy. It was nothing more than just being lazy. I can't believe I had to pay 50 dollars for it. I came really close to disputing the charge with my credit card company but decided against it. I walked in to Foxy Nails for a pedicure and I didn't have to wait long at all. I had Layla as my nail tech and she was THEE best! My pedicure was amazingly done and professional, she was also very kind and sweet. The shape of my nails, the polish and the whole process was perfect and they turned out beautiful! I normally don't have an issue with them, but I had an awful experience last week. The man who did my nails sat me down and was telling me to quit biting my nails. No big deal. But after that - I can't make this shit up - asked me if it tasted like BEEF or CHICKEN. Pretty upset after that. So after he's done I'm looking at my nails they are LUMPY, CROOKED, and not even the same length! I ended up having to file them when I got home! My polish also has a good handful of bubbles!! Now when I go to get my what was supposed to be filling I'm going to have to have them completely take the nails off and redo them because of how badly they were done. I tried telling the guy that they were not even and he brushed it off and then went off to go smoke a cigarette. I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone again and I will take my business elsewhere! read more

Horrible service. Had a fill in and pedicure done. Got my skin sawed at by the drill and winced away multiple times and said something every time. Was ignored on color choice and type. Got a half done pedicure and half done manicure. Nails look uneven and bumpy as well as bloody, toe nails are also uneven and look horrible. Don't recommend. read more

I got a full set and they were not painted right. On most of my nails the side was missing paint. When I went to pay I asked the man if I can get like $5 off for that. He ignored me and said he can file it down. Which is stupid because filing wouldn't help the missing areas with no paint. I repeatedly asked to get a few dollars off. I didn't want to fix it because I was there already over 1hr and 30 minutes. He charged for the full amount. He just kept ignoring me. I complained about how my nails were done and all he said was "go to the owner next time" no apology or a refund. read more

I used to like coming here monthly but they've gotten extremely busy and quality has gone down. Today, I went in for a pedicure with my husband. The nail technician was visibly upset that she had to give me a pedicure. She didn't ask me which one I wanted and was physically forceful shoving my feet back in the tub. Everytime I made eye contact she rolled her eyes and looked angry. She cut me multiple times in the same area on my toe which caused me to bleed. I yelped and she didn't stop. At that point I didn't want to continue and told her no color. Her attitude completely changed and thanked me and then half assed the rest of the pedicure. She forgot to wipe off most of the lotion and handed me my flip flops and walked away. So here I am with a bleeding cuticle, and tears. This has never happened to me before at Foxy. It's disappointing. I'm sorry she was having a bad day but holy heck, don't take it out on me! Edit: Upon closer inspection, she didn't bother to cut my nails on the left side or finish taking the polish off. Wtf? read more

This place is not the best nail place out there. The people are nice and they offer you a drink while getting nails done but if your getting your toes done it's not good. The guy who did my toes seemed like he had no idea what he was doing, he didn't try to talk to me, and as soon as someone walked in he rushed. I didn't even get my hot towel wrap on my feet.. He just used a towel to wipe off my legs and then painted my toes. I get my toes done a lot and that is not how it's suppose to go. Also my friend beside me got the same pedicure as me and the guy Phil did more then mine did and did it correctly. So maybe today was just an off day for the guy who did my toes but it was an awful experience and he kept messing up on painting them. I'm unsure if I'm going to come back here or not cause it was so bad. Normally my toes look cute after I get them done but not today. read more

I WOULD START OFF BY SAYING: I have gone to this location a few times before and have actually referred numerous customer from my work to them!! But lately this place has had horrible customer service and the new nail technicians either don't know what they are doing or they have given up on actually providing good service. My latest experience will now be my last. Walked in and asked for "mani & pedi with gel on my hands." Waited about 40 minutes (there wasn't that many people in there) but I finally I had to get up and ask when my turn was for my mani/ pedi. The lady was completely oblivious that I had said pedicure initially and acted like it was my fault she didn't understand me when i first said what i needed. Then while getting my pedicure the nail tech was sloppy and more interested in what was going on around him than his work. I had a picture of what i wanted (simple with no design) But he proceeded to act like I was asking for so much since it had two different colors and glitter on different nails. After my pedi, he walks me to the table to do my hands and informs me that since I was asking for "so much with each nail being different colors there would be an extra fee." I agreed. He proceeded to begin but when he grabbed a regular polish bottle I informed him that I wanted gel. Again I was treated like it was my fault the lady didn't inform him i initially said GEL. At that point I was already annoyed and asked to just do one color on my nails with two fingers having glitter. He rushed thru the whole processed and did horrible/sloppy job. He then sent me to the front to pay. When I went to pay I realize they were charging me the extra fee the tech spoke to me about when i had all the colors i wanted. But since i had changed it to less colors, i questioned it. i asked why i was being charged the fee still. they said it was because of the glitter. (Never before had I been charged for one nail having glitter on each hand) After arguing with him he yelled something in a different language and took the fee off. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE read more

I am a regular customer (had a pedi/mani this morning). After school, I took my 5 yr old granddaughter to get her nails polished. They were busy but after waiting 45 minutes, it was our turn. To my surprise, the available technician didn't want to paint a child's nails, I'm assuming he knew he wouldn't make much $$ off of that. So we were skipped over. Just now reviewing from my visit a couple of weeks ago. Not horrible, but not very good. During my fill, the tech took short cuts, including filling over lifts and imperfections instead of fixing them. I left disappointed that I could still see lifting under my just-filled nails.
