Hello! I called in to set an appointment to have my acrylic nails taken off, the gentleman on the phone was kind and helpful! When I walked in two minutes before my appointment time they had me sat and ready. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who did my nails, he was a younger gentleman and he was very enthusiastic about having my nails removed the right way. He suggested builder gel on my natural nails with a pink polish. He made my nails look absolutely amazing, and he educated me on healthy nails and we had good conversations about nails. Honestly, one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. I struggle with ingrown toenails, and usually charge to find somebody who can understand me well enough to help me with them. Very very Quick service...cheap but the bottom of pedicures! I was attended to quickly like too quick they miss several steps to a basic pedicure. I still have dead skin around my toe nails and the sides of my feet. As soon as I was seated she ask if I wanted regular or shelac to I responded I will decide at end of service if I get a good pedicure I'd like gel polish if not just clear--Ended up with clear polish. I've been coming here a long time and now I take my 3 girls too. They are fast and efficient and always friendly.

Didn't have any appointment. They took me in 10 mins of walking in. So they do not exfoliate your legs when doing a pedicure. They do not soak dipping power off when changing colors. 35.00 to clip toe nails, scrap dead skin and put lotion on legs with no polish. Totally has gone down hill. I've been coming every summer/fall for a minimum 20 years ---- back when Margie and Christian owned it. Every time this summer I have not liked my fill -- it grows out with rough acrylic by the cuticles. They lift.... Alan has zero personality and is rough-- he hurts me. He and one other girl have both made me bleed. Credit cards get charged a few bucks more I need a new place. I have a 4:15 and it's currently 4:34 as I type this. *It ended up that I waited 30 minutes. No tip today-- that's a first for me. read more

I Havnt been to Le Nails in a solid 5 1/2 years (and for good reason),but my normal nail place was closed today and I DESPERATELY needed a fill so I reluctantly went to Le Nails knowing full well I was taking a risk of money down the drain and unsatisfactory work,but I knew they took walk ins so I dragged myself in there hoping for the best. And let me tell you I do NOT regret it!I don't know if they have new management or what but Hanna was not only the sweetest soul,but her attention to detail was outstanding,and she made it very apparent that her absolute goal was to make sure I was not only satisfied,but thrilled with my pedi and my fill,and she made it obvious that she absolutely did not care how long it took her to give me what I asked for,she was not going to let me leave without anything but a beaming smile on my face I can't speak for the rest of the techs or artists in there but I will be going back specifically for her! I was surprised at the reviews. After trying out 3 other nail salons in the area I was very satisfied with this salon. I care about nails being the same length and same shape along with dry even nail color. I asked for my acrylics to be soaked off, instead the owner started pulling off my nails with a plastic nail tip! Not only that, they charged me full price after ripping off my pinky nail and making me bleed. I should have just left then but I allowed them to finish my full set. Didn't have grand expectations but even my mid-range expectations weren't met. I convinced my husband to get a pedicure with me as a date night before having a baby and we did the regular $30 pedicure. We weren't even in the chairs for 30 minutes. It was the shortest pedicure I've ever had. The massage was more like someone applying lotion for me. The only good thing was that my husband was able to get a longer massage since he wasn't gettin polish on his toes. But he commented that his massage wasn't really a massage either. Woah. This place used to be THE place to get your nails done in Bozeman. I can't believe how awful it is now. I'm pretty sure last time I was here I said I wouldn't come back...made the mistake of giving it another go. There is a reason it was the only place in town with an opening today. The people are rude, not helpful, act like it's a hassle for them if you ask a question or raise a concern. The pedicure was so-so at best. Super disappointing. I don't get my nails done or get pedicures often, it's a luxury and a treat for myself so it would be nice if it was an enjoyable experience. Lesson learned. read more

Do not go here! Was in town and needed a fill. They cut 3 of my cuticles, left one of my thumbs and my pinky polish lumpy, and charged me $15 more than what was posted on the sign. Technician was rude and blamed me for the cuts and the bad polish. Not a great nail salon.more like a nail factory. Poor attention to detail in painting nail. And the foot/ calf massage was bad. The girl massaged my legs and feet AFTER she painted my toes which were not shellac. Which means my feet did not get massaged. My daughter agreed with me completely. It took less than 1 hour for both . (Also the girl wanted me to soak off my shellac and I said no. She want to do it faster. ) read more

I go here for pedicures mostly because it's convenient. Yes, the owner is a dick, just ignore him (he's ALWAYS there). I've never had a bad experience here and all the workers are friendly. So I am in Bozeman visiting my in laws, and after that drive I was craving a pedicure. I went on Yelp ( which is my go to) and was searching for a place that could accommodate myself and my two kids. There were mixed reviews on this place but I took a gamble. First impression typical nail salon in the mall, checked on the wait to get a pedicure and it was two hours. Wow that's a while but I figured they take their time, they were busy for sure, so we started browsing the mall. We come back get seated immediately, water is a great temperature and I love they use a new pack of tools for each person. I really enjoyed my technician, she was from Russia and was very pleasant. She got started on me and then my kids were started a little while after. My complaints I paid 20 dollars each plus tip for both of my kids pedicures, which for my daughter that's fine she had polish and a little nail design. I was charged 20 plus tip for my son's pedicure and his was maybe 15 minutes, no polish job, just a little stick man on one toe and a gun on the other. Ridiculous, he should of been charged 15. Next compliant I got outside and by big toe that has been trimmed was lopsided and there was Polish around a couple of my nails. That's fine we won't go back, but the real kicker is last night my daughters big toe polish and design peeled clearly off. WOW 20 dollars for a pedicure for a kid and it didn't even last a day. It was either a crappy job, they didn't use a base coat, or I don't know what. It's not ok and I will be in to speak with a manager before I leave. I am not sure if this is how everyone is treated here or if it was me since I had just traveled and was wearing workout clothes and a hoodie.
