I am so impressed with Bella Nails Studio's Helene and Vi and all of the women who work at the Salon. The men not so much; Helene redid my nails after one of the gentlemen did such a poor job. V is a wonderful business woman who works alongside her colleagues; even when they are slammed with clients, Vi and all take their time to offer stellar customer service. Had an appointment scheduled and arrived right on time, only to watch them seat a group of walk-ins ahead of us. What is the point of making an appointment if you don't honor it? We tried this place for the first time today with my three daughters and my daughters had a very complicated design on their gel X nails and it turned out beautifully. One of my daughters did not like how the design turn out on one of her nails, and they spent a lot of time redoing the design and stayed even one hour after closing and patiently changed that nail . If I could give a zero I would. Worst pedicure I've ever received. The gentleman cut me multiple times. When I told him that hurt he didn't hear me because was wearing headphones so I pulled my foot away that's when he snatched it back. I asked for white toes no color and he painted my toes pink. When I corrected him he told me I picked the color when again I said white. When I asked him to fix it he said "no these are okay". And then still questioned me to leave him a tip. My husband and I got pedicures and the techs were thorough and pleasant. They have several techs working at once so they are able to take walk-ins. I had never had nail extensions put on before so wasn't sure if I needed an appointment. I made one for half an hour from when I called. My friend and I came into get sets of acrylics. My friend had a lady who was completely distracted by her phone and actually took a phone call and stopped doing her nails. This girl soaked her nails in the remover for 45 minutes, her fingers started burning. After burning her fingers for 45 minutes she made my friend switch to a new nail tech because someone she knew came into get her nails done. We were there for about 2 hours! I got my nails done on a Friday with dip powder. Three days later 6 of my nails were chipped. I called and they said that they would fix them. When I went in to get them fixed they seemed annoyed and only fixed the chipped ones even though there was obviously something wrong with the initial process in which my nails were done. I used to come here regularly a couple years ago then stopped because got tired of sitting around waiting for my scheduled appointment. Waiting waiting 15 minutes 25 minutes....it got annoying and would happen every time so switched salons. Then in August just for location convenience got a mani pedi here in August. The technician was sweet and did a really good and thorough job! Went back the other day, again called a couple days ahead and again waited 30 minutes. I told them I had another appointment so they rushed me through a basic mani pedi. I have a busy life and was looking forward to relaxing and getting a better mani pedi than what I walked out with.
