Should have known when I walked in and no one was in the place! I elected to get french gel, BIG MISTAKE! He filed my nails down to stubs then tried to make the nail with white and made them super thick with wiggle arches. Truly my Grand daughter could have done better with her eyes closed! The gel was put on so thick it cracked in less than 24 hours! What an incredible waste of time and money (which was over $55 plus tip). Ugh! Ugh! Uggggghhh!!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! My big toe (which has had some nail loss issues for the last two years) was almost grown out so I went to this salon for my first in a while pedicure. My toes, especially this one, were totally "manhandled". It was the roughest, most painful pedicure I've ever had. The toe was bleeding around the cuticle and red and puffy on the other three sides when I left. I've been using an antibiotic on it since I got home. Two days later it's still all red. when I checked out the woman laughed when I showed her the bleeding and said "yea, he really like to get them clean. I've him not to cut the cuticles to much". This was there $70 pedicure! read more

Worst and most painful pedicure I've ever had. It felt like he was scrubbing the skin off the bottom of my feet and I had to ask him to stop because it was so painful. Also, cuticle removal was extremely painful. I've had many pedicures, and none of them have hurt like this! The nails were trimmed unevenly and not filed, and the polish was sloppy with bumps in it. Very disappointing read more

More than disappointed. Left with my hands and fingers peeling from being soaked in hot acetone. Hands and fingers are now burning from the 'polish change' I asked for. On top of this the polish is messy. would completely avoid this place. Just spent more on hand repair cream than i did the service. read more

One of the worst nail places I have ever been ! I had a very upsetting experience The woman that did my nails would not listen to my requests . She kept on cutting my nails down more and more despite my polite requests to stop. She said I needed it done :-0 After the 5th time cutting more and more she Hurt me and I stopped her . They don't seem to care about what they do and treat customers like objects . I watched her use a dirty nail file on my toes and requested a new one . When I walked in there was no one there so that should have been my first clue . Very little eye contact and no caring energy and zero customer service . I was scared to let it continue further. I have a cut and a sore on my skin on the last nail she did . Highly recommend to stay away , I wish I would have read the reviews before I walked through the door. -0- stars read more

Got me in last minute for an acrylic set and gel on toes. Great pedicure and one of the best manicures I have ever had. I brought a photo of an Ombre design and he matched it for me perfectly. Tee did such an amazing job again, I'm speechless. I don't usually do very detailed or vibrant nails but did both and couldn't be more happy. If you look at the detail she put in on the flowers and the leaves, I never want to take these off. And the speed that she was able to do these with is unmatched! Incredible. Can't say enough! Well, for my SNS Manicure I actually give them a 7 out of 10. However, for the professionalism and service of this place, I give them a 1 out of 10. I walked in at 12:35 PM on a Friday. I was told in 30 minutes I'd be helped. So, I immediately was seated to start soaking. Perfect! At 2:05 PM, my tech finally came to my table. During this whole time she helped others who walked in after me, and multiple people left from other techs during this time. I didn't request anyone as I was a walk-in, so I was shocked it took this long for service when my nails had clearly been soaking long enough by this time!! All of the techs weren't even all busy at one time during my visit so someone could have helped me if she had an appointment come in, but this wasn't the case. She was just working on all sorts of different folks...forgot about me. At 2:45 PM, she'd finished my manicure and dip. I was left to dry with the SNS top coat. However, she never came back to check on me, as one nail was bubbling up and not drying. I finally had to go to her and tell her the problem while she was working on another person with a pedicure. This happened twice to no avail, as the nail was still bubbling and not drying. The 4th time, it finally worked, and by now it was 3:25 PM when I could actually walk out of the salon with dry nails from a simple SNS manicure!! I get my nails done every two weeks. While the manicure wasn't bad for my first time at this new salon, it wasn't anywhere near the best. They didn't even offer ombré options, and some spots on my right hand aren't covered completely. It's the service that was horrible!!! For this same amount of time (2 hours and 50 minutes), I could have gotten an SNS Ombré Manicure, Gel Pedicure, and a Brow Wax!! It's just poor service, and my tech wasn't even upset by this and just laughed about why my nails wouldn't dry and didn't even care that she left me at a table drying with no word and proceeded to work on other people! Just a rude place. You may walk out with ok nails, but you're going to wait for a simple service for a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time! read more

Great technicians! I love getting my nails done by Tee.. The owner is really nice too.

First off they literally filed my cuticles with a nail file until they bleed in a few spots, then left them and didn't even try to cover it with any lotion or cuticle oil after. The lady doin my nails picked the color for me and i was a little caught off gaurd but the color looked ok so I didn't complain then halfway through the lady next to us, my tail techs coworker, made a joke about how I was the third person in a row to do the exact same nails. So clearly she just didn't wanna get up and get different polish colors. They are also lumpy and she didn't spend any time shaping them at all. I asked for coffin shaped nails! I had to go to a different salon and get them redone because three broke within a week! I move often and travel for work so I have gotten my nails done at countless places and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. read more

The customer service was terrible. The technician didn't seem to care. The cuticle scissors weren't clean, the nail files were not replaced between clients, the nail brush wasn't clean, he cut skin using a callous remover. read more

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel like speaking out this time. I went into Envy over a month ago and left in tears. I sound dramatic, but it was awful. The technician that I had was a male and he ground my fingernail almost down to the nail pad on 3 fingers, 5 of my nails are as thin as tissue paper, he nicked my skin twice and I take blood thinners so they kept bleeding. And all the while he kept putting some bluish stuff on the spots and just kept on grinding, and I had gel topcoat all over my fingers. I have very hard, healthy nails and he literally ruined them. So, I called. The owner apologized and gave me a credit for a free manicure. So, yesterday, I very hesitantly went in to use that credit. Wouldn't you know, they almost sat me down with the same guy. I let them know that was not happening and two of the girls got sort of rude with me. I ended up with a very sweet girl that did a great job. I had to stop her a couple of times because my nail-beds are still super sore and my nails are still like tissue paper, but when I went to the register, the owner wasn't there, they had no idea about the credit, couldn't find written down so they basically said well, sorry. So I paid and left and we will never be back again, free or not. On a side note, the first time, my daughter was with me and that same guy had just done her pedicure. When we got home, before I said anything, she said that he really was hurting her feet and she kept flinching but he just kept going. They need to address this issue as I am positive it has had to have happened to others. I'm still just sick that my nails are ruined so badly and it's going to take forever for them to grow out. Also, I did notice that they use the same buffer and file as they use on other people. Not okay. They should be using disposable ones. That's my two cents! read more

I came in on my birthday to get my nails done as a fun treat. I sat with a lady with short dyed red hair. She was rude to me. Not sure if she was having a bad day but she didn't need to be rude to me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was looking at it. So I'm assuming she acknowledged what I wanted. I asked for a brown color for my nails and she kept saying no and offered different colors like tan for my french tip. I did not want tan for my french tip so I asked to find some colors and then I found a dark color. She had to take off the color I had on before but you could still see chips of it on some nails. I didn't notice this until after she put the clear gel nail on. I said "there's still some old paint", she asked "what do you want me to do" and i said "nothing". she was practically almost done. She painted one nail a different color and I told her I wanted both hands identical and she scoffed and said something in a different language to her coworker. Every time something wrong happened or when I asked for a drawn designed she would scoff and say something to her coworker. I am not 100% certain it was about me but the way her behavior was, seemed like it was. She said she couldn't draw a ghost or a pumpkin. I asked if it was too hard but she said no. She tried drawing a triangle pumpkin eye but then wiped it off and said no that my nails had to be longer. I've had other nail ladies draw on my nails just fine. So I said never mind. I didn't know what to do in that situation. I didn't want to say I didn't like them and make a scene. I was almost late to my birthday dinner so I just paid and left. I wish she didn't make me feel uncomfortable. That was my story, don't recommend the older red haired lady :( read more

My gel manicure looks great but my nails are now weak and thin after their harsh removal method. This place removes gel polish from natural nails using an electric drill, which is very damaging to natural nails and should only be used on acrylics/fake nails. The correct method for removing gel on natural nails is lightly buffing then wrapping acetone-soaked cotton in foil around the nails, which takes more time but is safe and doesn't wear down your nails. I'm sorry to leave a bad review but please consider using safer methods. Maybe this place would be good for regular polish or acrylic manicures! read more
