I've been coming to BB Nail Salon for about three years now, and it used to be my absolute favorite…read morespot in the area. Over time, I've noticed quite a bit of turnover with the technicians, and unfortunately the overall experience has changed. Most recently, I came in for facial waxing and was surprised by the condition of the waxing room. It didn't feel as clean or sanitary as it has in the past, which is something I really value, especially for services like this. I also want to share a small piece of feedback regarding the experience itself. I understand there is no ill intent, but when clients come in for facial waxing, it can feel uncomfortable to have attention drawn to facial hair. A more discreet, minimal conversation approach would go a long way in making clients feel more at ease. I've also noticed a shift in nail services. 3D designs are more commonly offered now, which is great, but many technicians no longer appear to offer or feel confident with more traditional hand-painted designs. If that's the direction the salon is going, it would be helpful to communicate that more clearly so clients know what to expect. At the current price point, especially when this is meant to be a treat, I do hope to see more consistency in both cleanliness and overall skill level. I truly appreciated what BB Nail Salon used to offer, which is why I wanted to share this feedback. I hope to see some improvements moving forward.

Highly recommend! *I have noticed a few people have left terrible reviews, saying they weren't offered great service or a fix to a problem. The few times I had a nail chip or issue within a few days, they took care of it. Give them the chance to make it right. No one is perfect, but I dare say they always try to do the right thing and make it right. I do not believe you should get a discount for service that was already done, especially when they make it right. Just my two cents on that comment from others.* Given the opportunity, I know that the owners Margi and Christian will do what they can to resolve any issues or concerns. They are good people who run the salon well!
