I just moved around here and needed a new set badly! I saw this place had good reviews and I decided to go in. Angel did my nails today and she was so sweet and attentive to detail! She helped me first with a soak off and really took her time making sure my nails were not damaged. I didn't like the colors I picked originally once I saw them on my nails and she went out of her way to help me find ones that were better suited to my taste! I felt so annoying but she was so kind about it. We talked a lot throughout the appointment and she was a great conversationalist. Overall this was a fantastic experience! my new place! finally I found a good nail salon. I walked in with no appointment and there were only two nail techs there, the greeted me with a smile and said I could pick out a color and they'd be with me. while I waited for one to open up, the lady soaked off my nails. the ambiance in the salon is so comforting! it feels very cozy & relaxing. they had the door open, and it was beautiful weather with the fall leaves falling and a slight breeze. I felt like I could go to sleep! after I was done soaking off the acrylic, the man started on my dip powder. I've been getting dip for several years now, I even have the dip system back home in Oklahoma, so I've gotten pretty good at doing it myself, therefore I'm very picky about how they're done. I've never had dip look so good! my shape is good, and the dip is outstanding. I will be back!!! read more

The owners are SO SO sweet, truly. Buuut, the manicure just wasn't it. To start, I asked for gel extensions and for acrylic. He was very rough and fast with the drill, nicking me so hard several times that my cuticles bled. His lack of acknowledgement of the fact makes it seem as though this is common. I didn't even know nail drills had such high speeds, lol. My nails were uneven, and when I asked him to fix it, he said it wasn't crooked but was the result of the shape of my nail. Also, there was no lotion, cuticle oil, cuticle maintenance, etc, so given that it's the dead of winter, I left with very dry, crusty-looking nails. The tips were also flaking and breaking off beneath the acrylic - which yes, can happen - but I wish he had removed it before he had finished. It breaks my heart, because they're such sweet people! I travel for work and am never able to go to the same nail salon twice. I decided to try A Diversify Nails and went in for a full set. My manicure started out nicely with a friendly staff and inviting atmosphere, and they were able to take me when I called 15 minutes before arriving. Unfortunately, the manicure I left with was less than desirable. My tech was very kind, but was rather rough with my hands and nails. He cut me twice, but apologized, and tried to be more gentle. He put some antiseptic concoction on one of the cuts but not the other. My paint job is even, but my nail shapes are not. I was not offered cuticle oil or lotion, so I left with scraggly, dry nails and hands. Disappointing, I was hoping for more. read more

Angel is fantastic. I had recently had my nails done at Bella Nails (big mistake), and two of my acrylic nails fell off within a week. I called 30 minutes ahead and they scheduled an appointment. I showed up and Angel got me in right on time. She applied two new acrylic nails, reshaped my jenky looking others, applied a fresh coat of polish and was a pure delight to chat with. The people who own this salon are sweet and kind, and Angel has serviced me several times for both a pedicure and manicure. However, the last few times I've visited the polish at the tips of both toes and fingernails has worn off within a day or three. The polish didn't chip as I wear gloves while working in the kitchen, etc. and socks when at home to protect my investment. I've had many manicures and pedicures in Minneapolis where the pedicure lasted for a month and the manicure for at least a full week without any signs of wear. So, perhaps the polish they're using is old . . . I have noticed if technician doesn't cover the tip of the nail with the polish, it doesn't last as long. I mentioned this to Kenny, and he said they can't do any better, so I will look for another salon in the area. read more

Worst pedicure in 20 years. 1. She did not remove all the old polish. Every nail was still somewhat red after polish removal and buffing. My pinky toes were just as red after she was "done" as they were the weeks before. 2. Had to file my toenails myself after she swiped the nail file once across 1/2 of each toenail. I had a crack in one toenail and it was rough and catching on everything. Which I asked her to smooth it out or cut it. Either. She did neither. I asked her if she could still feel it was rough. She said yes but was already wanting to move on to the second foot. Meanwhile no one else was waiting and I had made an appointment. 3. I asked if she was going to fix these things before moving onto the second foot. She said no, so I said I would have to go somewhere else. I left and went to the place on the mall. They had to redo the foot she had already "done". And did a much better job. I feel bad for people that think this is a good place. You have been missing out on a proper pedicure. read more
