It's not that these guys have a unique boutique as much as their expertise and their customer service. Their vibe is hella cool, they love what they do, taught me stuff I didn't know, gave honest opinions on what would suite me or not. I bought one against their recommendation, and returned it after wearing it one night and realizing they were right and exchanged it for the one they recommended. I've worn it almost every day since. They also didn't have one I wanted at the time so they made a special order for me and had it delivered to me since I live out of state and sent me some gifts with it. Can't recommend them enough and they'll be. Stop every time I come to town.

After making the purchase, I asked if they could provide me with a few complimentary samples to take on an upcoming trip. I was told that I would have to purchase the samples instead. For a luxury fragrance brand, especially after purchasing one of their more expensive City Exclusive fragrances, I expected a little more generosity and warmth in the customer experience. It wasn't a major issue, but it definitely took away from what should have been a more enjoyable luxury shopping experience. I really like Le Labo and Gaiac 10, but based on this experience, if I purchase from Le Labo again, it will probably be online rather than in-store.

That was cool already. One of Miami Beach's favorite retail destinations for luxury brands, Babalu Miami is located in the heart of the Herzog & de Meuron-designed retail, dining and parking structure at 1111 Lincoln Road. With products ranging from top fragrances, jewelry and accessories to beach gear and home décor, it's a one-stop shop for a chic lifestyle. Babalu Miami is one of the only stores in Miami where you can purchase Fornasetti decorative objects, Ortigia Italy candles and AussieBum swimwear. Unfortunately, I did not have my insurance card on me and the pharmacist was nice enough to call where I was transferring my script from to get the information. While he worked on running my insurance I discovered he's hilarious lol. So he tells me they don't carry my particular birth control pill that I was formerly using but recommended another, and here's how the rest went down.... Me: "Is there any difference I should be aware of?" Him: "Well... Everyone who has been on it comes back pregnant." Me: Lolol Him: "Okay, you're all set! It will be ready on Monday." (I'm supposed to pick it up that same day.) Me: "But I'll be pregnant for sure by then!" Him: "That a girl!" Never thought picking up my anti-baby pill could be this much fun. To top it all off he was kind enough to order my pills three months in advance. Dr. Bahman is my hero, and an awesome pharmacist indeed. Pharmacy is open from 8 am - 6 pm during the week. And 10 am - 2 pm on Saturdays.
