She was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive, even while I was asking her a million questions. Lol! She was very patient and made the experience feel relaxed and welcoming. A little later Jay came in and he was also very friendly and helpful. The Patrick Ta foundation powders are currently on sale, but there wasn't a sign in the store indicating the promotion. I had seen the sale online, so I almost walked out thinking the deal wasn't available in-store. Luckily, Jay found the last foundation shade I needed in stock and scanned it, turns out it was on sale! I was super happy about that. Overall, the staff here made the experience really pleasant. Customer service goes a long way, and both Ashley and Jay delivered. There's plenty of parking outside, and the Sephora is located inside Kohl's, you'll see it right when you walk in.
