Very disappointed with my wedding centerpieces and sweetheart table. Communication started out…read morewell, we talked about my wedding colors and the style I wanted and Nayeli said this was not a problem and could deliver. I also provided a ton of florals for my gazebo to be decorated and paid extra for her to take care of that which she said was no problem. She requested early access to the venue to get everything done in time which I arranged. She showed up two hours late to the venue, only used half the florals I provided for the gazebo which made it look terrible and bare for my ceremony and ALL my family photos after. Then we got to the reception. The centerpieces looked bare and sad and were not even the colors we discussed! There was lots of pink when my colors were lavender and gold. The sweetheart display was not at all as we discussed or I expected. It was so ugly and there was nothing I could do to fix it. I should have just handled everything myself with faux flowers it would have been cheaper and looked way better. Learn from my mistake and find someone else. The photos on her Instagram cannot possibly be her own work. Also when I asked to pick up the rest of the florals that were unused she wouldn't even meet me and left everything outside her house unattended. So rude.

I would recommend Camilla Flower Shop to anyone looking for great quality.

Although I have never personally visited this establishment, I am absolutely appalled by the…read morebehavior of the business owner in the video circulating online. The way she reportedly treated the employees at Cosmopawlitan Grooming in Simi Valley was completely unacceptable. Being upset about a service is one thing, but disrespecting, intimidating, and making employees visibly uncomfortable is another. There is absolutely no excuse for treating people with such hostility, especially when they are simply doing their jobs. What disturbed me even more was watching how she handled her own dog, appearing to aggressively yank and drag the poor animal by its leash. As a pet owner, your animal's safety and well-being should always come first, regardless of how frustrated you may be. From what I understand, the grooming staff contacted her beforehand to explain the condition of her dog's coat and requested permission to shave him, which she agreed to. If that is accurate, her reaction upon arrival was even more disappointing. You cannot neglect your pet's grooming needs, approve a necessary service, and then take your frustration out on the people trying to help. There is a way to express disappointment without humiliating, intimidating, or disrespecting others. The way someone treats people, especially those working in customer service, speaks volumes about their character and professionalism. As someone who values kindness, respect, and animal welfare, witnessing this behavior makes me extremely hesitant to ever support this business. I sincerely hope this serves as a wake-up call. Learn to manage your anger, take accountability for your actions, and treat both people and animals with the dignity, patience, and compassion they deserve. The video speaks for itself, and I truly hope this behavior is never repeated.
