The Experience:
If there's a local spot where the menu isn't in English and we have to do partial charades when ordering, then I know I've found a local gem. It was all thanks to parking far from the restaurant we were going to dinner and we happen to see these bright pink and red lights tucked in-between buildings. I'd say it was an extremely lucky find for a tourist.
Gosh, I can't even describe to you what ice cream/frozen yogurt they had. I don't even know if those are the correct terms to describe what we had. All I know is that it was a sweet, cold treat. I had the mango flavor and it comes with a little wafer/chip on the side. It was refreshing for a long day of walking and a great reward for the end of the day.
Hopefully this place gets a little bit more recognized (but not too much so I can still keep it as my travel dessert spot in Quebec). read more
