Location: 4/5 This location is located in the heart of Old Lévi, which is just a ferry away from Quebec City. We spent half a day here enjoying the city view across the river and having fun at the splash pad. It was a hot and sunny day, so we decided to cool ourselves off with a good old ice cream! Decor/Ambience: 4.5/5 Pretty spacious with amble amount of seating both outside and inside. It was super cute and yet not over the top! Such a family-friendly place and you can bring groups of friends with you, too! The lighting by the window was just perfect for a selfie! Food quality: 4.5/5 I love their Fall special five cream flavour, pumpkin, which I had along with 12 possible white or dark chocolate glazes. My beau chose a s'mores glaze and I chose a crunchy almond dark chocolate one. You can even add sprinkles and other toppings too, but we opted for a simpler taste. They even have poutine and fondues all dipped with chocolate if you like! Would definitely bring my future children here! I am sure they will love it. Service: 4.5/5 Service was really good. They explained their options of ice cream flavours as well as their glazes to us in both English and French. I appreciate the bilingualism! That way I can practice my French, while my beau still understands and can enjoy himself fully. Value: 5/5 Chocolats Favoris is a big chain here in Quebec! They even have an app where you can earn towards redeeming for free sweets!! Great treat for the whole family, kids, teens, adults and even seniors! With sizes ranging from baby, mini, regular to monster, you can choose how little or much you want to eat! Seriously, if only Toronto or Scarborough had this chain then I would be coming here every so often. Oh well, I will definitely come to here every chance I get when visiting Quebec City again. They have locations all across the city and province anyway. When I have children of my own, I will definitely bring them to one of their touristy locations, so that they too can enjoy the creaminess of the soft serve ice cream and the hardened white or dark chocolate glaze.

We had soft serve cones dipped in chocolate and they were so delicious. The soft serve is rich premium ice cream, and you have your choice of dip flavors. I went with chocolate and vanilla ice cream with a dark chocolate orange dip. They double dip the cones and it is definitely real, high quality chocolate. This reminded me of a premium ice cream bar. The small was plenty for an indulgent dessert and they do have a mini if you would prefer just a bit of a treat. Service was excellent and they have a few tables inside where you can sit and enjoy if you'd rather not walk with your treat.

Where I come from, you are lucky to find chocolate dip and maybe butterscotch or strawberry. 20 flavors is an insane amount!! In the course of my visit to Quebec, we collectively tried: salted caramel, peanut butter, coffee, sugar cream/fudge, hazelnut and dolce de leche. My favs were the coffee and salted caramel. In addition to the dipped cones, they offer hot chocolate, dipped ice cream sandwiches, gelato, etc. I would be happy coming in for an epic euro-style hot chocolate in the winter months too. The service is great. Prices are expected for the area, close to $4 CAD for a small dipped cone. I think the prices are quite reasonable for how good it is. If you haven't been here yet, go now!!
