I want to write an honest review about my visit to Skin Envy Medical Spa. Let me start by saying…read morethat I live in South Jersey, and it's almost a two-hour drive--but I have to tell you, it is absolutely worth it! Yesterday, I had my lips done, and to be completely honest, I have a very difficult case. Not only do I have noticeable natural asymmetry in my lips, but I'm also extremely sensitive. On top of that, I had fibrosis from a previous, not-so-great experience with another "doctor." I've been to many places, and some injectors didn't even want to take me as a client. I finally decided to see Hanna (a PA and an experienced injector) after seeing her work on Instagram. Pros: 1.Zero waiting time! For me, this is very important--they really value my time. 2.Hanna and all the staff were very kind, especially considering how nervous I was. 3. Place itself beautiful and clean. 4. Hanna explained everything in great detail, step by step, taking into account my asymmetry and my fears. 5. All of the fillers were opened in front of me. 6. There is a medical provider on-site (a doctor in the office). 6.The RESULT! I can't explain how happy I feel. I feel confident again! My lips are so cute, proportional to my face, and most importantly--not overdone! No "duck lips"--just jucie, luscious lips! Even my hubby loves it( girls will understand) Cons: Only one--why didn't I do this earlier?! Overall: if I could give 10 starts, I would! I'm so happy that I find "mine" place! Highly, highly recommend

Laser removal was done in the wrong area at their second location was dismissed and compared to having a bad hair day at the salon, kept getting addressed by the wrong name, and told that mentioning being sick required me to get tested for Covid even if symptoms were unrelated to get rid of me. Due to this review, they decided to cancel a paid session and two others without a refund; I was also told I was no longer welcomed and threatened with police force if I didn't stop requesting one. They even attempted to coerce me into signing legal paperwork to get this negative review and others removed if I wanted to receive a tiny fraction refunded from what I was initially promised. I know this is one negative review from the wave of positive reviews they have but use your logic. Do you want services from a place that expresses itself as such? Do you believe people are traveling from other states for their treatments? Mistreats their customers when things go wrong? And then scams them when you genuinely express their experiences? There are much better options out there. Customer service etiquette adds to the value of a company. This review is based on interactions I had with this company since Aug 29 and how disgusting their reaction was since I left a negative review. And yes, they are allowed to refuse services, but that should be followed with a refund. Refusing to do so, which they did, is called fraud. For anyone, having similar issues, please contact New York State Attorney General, FCC, and file cases with small claims. --- RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENT -- Thankfully, there's an email screenshot where you agreed to take over my sessions passed on from your second location. So get lost with your condescending attitude. The owner of these locations should stop scamming and coercing people into signing legal paperwork to avoid negative reviews. -- Reviews are updated periodically --

I am a 70 yr old woman looking to tighten my jowls and expected subtle results, not drastic results like a facelift. that is what she said I could reasonably expect. She showed me before and after pictures of other patients my age and I was fine with the results. When I went for treatment, photos were taken so we could compare down the line what the progress was. During the treatment which was very painful, she was very irritated with me for moving around a bit. She told me to take another tranquilizer because she couldn't focus on what she was doing. I believe the treatment was cut short because of her impatientness with me. I was told to come back in three months follow up observation. At the three month appointment I told her there was no visible difference at all, and I asked to see the before photos, which coincidentally they told me they couldn't find. Very convenient not to be able to compare. Therefore, they took another set of photos at three months and told me to come back in six months to follow up. I came back at the six month period and told her there was no improvement whatsoever. This time she did compare the pictures taken at three months with the new photos taken today. Any normal person looking at the two pictures side-by-side you can clearly see there was no improvement, not even subtle results. I was upset because $2000 is a lot of money for one treatment that did nothing. She was very rude by saying she never promised any results. However she did promise subtle results. I think the right thing to do with an unsatisfied customer it's to offer to redo the treatment if not fully at least partially. She said she could not entertain that idea, I should just go and get a facelift. With that I left very upset and very angry. I would never recommend Kalon dermatology, especially the PA Who took care of me named Rita. She's arrogant unprofessional. An embarrassment to her practice. People spending so much money should be treated with politeness and care. All they wanted was to take my $2000 but did not want to follow through to try to make me a happy and satisfied. Please don't waste your time going there- go to another place where you'll get a proper treatment and some politeness and professionalism.

From the start, the experience was frustrating--she rescheduled my appointment, saying she had other things to do. After some back and forth, we finally agreed on a new time, even though I had already booked online. When I arrived, I was excited and showed her a video of the lashes I wanted. She assured me she could do them but mentioned adding a small twist to enhance the look. I told her that was fine as long as they still resembled the video. Unfortunately, they didn't. When I expressed my disappointment and asked for a fix, she showed no concern. Her customer service was awful--once I paid, she completely disregarded my satisfaction. To make matters worse, my lashes started falling out after just 3-4 days. I reached out, and she offered a complimentary set, even calling to confirm. Since it takes me about 2.5 hours to get there, I made the trip--only for her to claim, "Oh, no, I didn't know I was talking to you," and refuse to redo my lashes. This was after an entire conversation on Instagram, while I was in a different state. She simply didn't care. I was devastated and on the verge of tears.
