Huggy's in Liège, Belgium is a great place to grab a simple burger for a good price. We had great service- I wish I could remember our server's name, but it's gone now. But the L'Ambree was a solid beer that complemented my 'Le Spicy' burger very well. the onion rings are good, but not sized to share. Order a serving for everyone who wants some. First, I love the atmosphere, the ambiance and the feel is very modern. Their burgers were perfect and so tasty! I love that on the menu they pair a beer to go with the meal, very fun. The 50-day dry-aged beef was totally a disaster because they were tough, tasteless, burned (overcooked) with hard tendon, and was served without any sauces. We wonder why a butcher like him has not learned how to work (and behave well) at a restaurant and serve people with good beef. I and my family felt very disappointed about his rude and terrible quality of beef. I don't want others feel like us.
