Spotted this cute cafe on a cold winter evening and I had to step inside. Love its welcoming and trendy environment. There was not much to order as it was fairly late and I believe they were approaching closing time. Ended up ordering a hot green tea and croissant which was delicious considering I was hunting for a light snack before heading to theater district. I enjoyed my brief time here sitting, enjoyed my snack, and totally appreciated the choice of music they were playing. Look forward to visit again. read more

I've been to a LOT of Le Cafe Coffee locations, but this is my favorite one!! I know, I'm probably biased since it's near me, but honestly, I just love the layout and seating (not all locations have as much seating!). The baristas are also always super kind. One time, I had been waiting a loong time for my order (I was busy doing work so I didn't notice), but a barista noticed, so she came up to me after realizing I had been waiting for awhile, and offered me a pastry. want to start by highlighting the exceptional service that Dereck at the 561 10th Ave location consistently provides. He is always friendly, efficient, and professional. Every time he's working, we receive our orders and codes quickly, and the experience is smooth. He truly sets the standard for great customer service and is a big reason many of us moms have remained loyal to Le Caffe for so long. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Maria Camilla, who has worked there nearly as long as Dereck. Her customer service has been disappointing for quite some time, and many of the moms who were once consistent customers have slowly stopped coming because of it. She usually works alongside a short, light-skinned male coworker, and the service from the two of them has been consistently slow and inattentive. On December 4th at 11:30 PM, I walked into an empty café. I placed my order around 11:40 PM, yet didn't receive my coffee and my son's hot chocolate until 11:47 PM. There was no line, my photos show the café was completely empty. Instead, both employees were talking and laughing in Spanish, walking to the back repeatedly, and taking a long time to even acknowledge I was waiting. This isn't the first time this has happened; getting decent service from them has become a mission. To make matters worse, the cashier ignored me when I said soy milk, then asked me to pay twice because he forgot to ring it correctly the first time. Again, this is with no customers, no rush, and no reason for the lack of attention. What makes this even more disappointing is that the location itself is absolutely gorgeous. The interior design is cozy, inviting, and beautifully done, the owner truly did an amazing job creating a warm, stylish atmosphere. It's a place you want to enjoy, especially during the holiday season. I genuinely recommend this location because of its ambiance and Dereck's outstanding service. But I also strongly hope to see a more friendly and attentive staff, particularly around the holidays when customers look forward to comfort, kindness, and a good experience. With another coffee shop opening directly across the street soon, these improvements are more important than ever. Le Caffe at 561 10th Ave has so much potential, but consistency in customer service will determine whether people continue choosing it. read more

I love working here. Quality coffee, reliable wifi, and seats are nice and spread out. Accessible outlets as well. Only thing is I prefer sitting on the counters since the wall benches are a bit low compared to the tables. read more

Since I'm always in search of the next best Chai Latte, I jumped at the chance of trying this spot once it opened. A review is overdue but I never got the chance to add their business to Yelp before- now I did! I love how neat this cafe always looks. Their staff is always pleasant and welcoming in the mornings but the real star here is their Chai Latte!! Mmmm mmm goood! This is my favorite coffee shop within walking distance of where I live, hands down. If you look through my reviews prior to this one, you'll see that I've been trying to diversify and explore more coffee shops locally but nothing hits the spot quite like this location of le café coffee. The drinks are made so promptly and never miss the mark. The espresso is brewed perfectly, the milk is frothed expertly and the latte art is always chef's kiss. Do not come here if you are not a regular or frequent here often because they will not treat you the same. I work in the area every week Thursday and Friday. I've been here probably about 4 times and only had one decent experience. This morning on my way to work I was craving their zaatar bagel and dulce de leche latte which is very good. What is not good about coming here is the customer service. I placed my order and my bagel comes out right away and as I'm waiting for my latte, I notice the barista skipped my drink to give a regular his drink first and he placed his order after me. Since she skipped my drink she had to ask the other employee that was on the register what my drink was because she mixed up the orders. I asked the barista when my drink was going to be ready since she skipped my drink and I had to go to work. She tried to say my drink was after the regular she gave the other drink to first. Once my drink was ready she said "if you're in a rush you should order ahead" rolled her eyes and aggressively placed my drink on the counter. I didn't pay $18 for a bagel and latte to have such an unpleasant and distasteful experience. Needless to say this cafe will not be receiving my patronage ever again.
