The decor is stylish but not nearly as polished and outstanding as various bars littered throughout LKF. We decided to have dinner here on a quiet night. Mini Bread Plate - Yummy Bone Marrow Poppers - $118 for 3 Ikea meatball sized poppers. They had a strong musky smell and the pastry shell wasn't fresh. Seared Cod - $278. Small portioned, super overcooked cod. Clam Linguini - $198. Portion size perfect for smaller eaters however, clams were filled with sand. Every single bite was 'crunchy'. Bone Marrow Mash - $88. A lovely potato mash but no bone marrow taste to be found. I asked for a pretty cocktail since speakeasies are awesome with the way their drinks are presented. He suggested I order the Black Diamond $140 which presentation wise, is as classic as a cocktail can be. The server warned me that this drink is a strong drink for girls; he was wrong. It was watery. Ready Fire Aim - $140. Tasted good and quite pretty as well. There are SO many speakeasies in Hong Kong. EO is easily the least attractive and pricey establishment.

There was no such thing as "texting." -- the process with the keypad and curtain/door entryway is nice and sets the stage. The interior of this bar is pretty small, as it should be, IMO. The bar is well stocked and they have a nice selection of drinks and food on the menu. Since we'd just come from a large banquet, we weren't in the mood for food, but this looked to be a place where you could get some good stuff to go with your drinks. I had a "Shark," which has butter-infused rum. After reading that, I *had* to try it. It had an interesting creaminess and a finish of browned butter. The drink was a bit on the sour side, but the creaminess almost balanced it out enough for me. It was a drink that I enjoyed, but would probably try something different next time. I tend to prefer more spirit-forward drinks that are less sour, but wanted something different since I'd just had that at the previous place. The decor is interesting here: a rabbit with a double-barreled shotgun? I'm not sure what that is about, but it gave us something to look at :) Our server was attentive and helpful and the drinks didn't seem to be more expensive than the drinks at the outer Mo Bar. I'm a fan of speakeasies, although, these days, it is hard to find many that are actually *quiet* ... I think that is a lost part of the whole concept, which is a shame since I think that part of the experience makes it even more of a contrast to the noise of your typical bar.

Finally, forced to leave mere seconds after finishing, we opted against remaining for fireworks. Ozone's apology was to come back for a free drink sometime...from America. Seemingly a partnership, as the Hotel and Bar refer to one another as separate entities, The Ritz-Carlton did try to make up for all this with a free bottle of Champagne delivered to the room but at $450USD for lousy food and dreadful service Ozone is an embarrassment to the Ritz-Carlton Brand.

I wasn't hungry at all, so I simply went with a cheese platter and a milk tea with boba. It was okay, there was a wide selection variety of cheese, and the milk tea taste was strong. Not the best I've had, but you're paying more for the view here than the food. Service was good here. As long as you get a window seat, you'll get your value out of coming here. I ordered all of their cocktails, and my favorite was the Nothing (vodka, coconut liqueur, melon liqueur, pineapple juice, lemon juice). My boyfriend ordered rounds of their beer and wine, which were okay. We also ordered the Crispy Calamari Rings with Wasabi Mayo to go with our beverages. Again, it was just okay. It did the job, but nothing spectacular or memorable. I wouldn't recommend it. Lastly, service was extremely slow, especially for having no other customers in the restaurant. It was a bit frustrating consistently trying to find staff members.
