The salad and hummus came out within a few minutes and the food itself was actually very good. No water given at this time. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. We waited almost an hour for our main entrée, had to ask for the water again, and the Nutella shake we ordered was never served at all. Our server was not attentive throughout the night. One more thing to watch out for -- a 15% tip was automatically added to the bill, so make sure to check before paying. The food was enjoyable, but the poor service really affected the overall experience.

How lucky for us because this place was just wonderful! There is no shortage of comfortable seating arrangements for parties of various sizes inside so we were able to quickly find a seat. They have plenty of TVs and were playing some basketball games which was great for us, because we were hoping to catch some of the game. They advertised on their window that they had games but I couldn't find any but other tables seemed to have found (or brought their own) decks of cards and other games. The selection of hookah was great. Lots of different flavors, strengths, and brands at various price points. Like someone else mentioned in their review there is a minimum per person so you have spent $x just by walking through the door and can choose what you use it for. We wound up going over, but not unreasonably so. For two of us, we got one hookah, one repack, one coffee, one soda, and one smoothie for $40 on the nose. I thought it was a great price point for a night out! We will definitely be back!

I really wish this place was good. I frequent a hookah spot in Tinley at least once a week and was…read morehoping this place would work cause it's so close to home. But nope. Place is mostly deserted. Parking lot is small, in shambles, and always has this party bus parked making it look like a truck stop. The inside is actually laid out well and comfortable, especially the backroom. However, the menu is non-existent. Hookah variety is limited (stock more options, the stuff lasts years) and quality is poor. While fresh heads are on the menu, they're not available to order. As a matter of fact, almost everything on the menu isn't available to order. It's essentially basic/bad hookah and canned pop. I get it, the area doesn't have as much clientele, but I've been living here for a decade and barely noticed it. Need some advertising/marketing to get people in. Oh, and open when you say you open. Showed up at 7pm on a Sunday and it's completely closed.
