Then a guy come up and took our order , he looked so nervous, anyway we seated there over an hour and our order never came, this guy Michel he came to apologize and he left everything and went beyond and brought us the order in 2 minutes he was very helpful and make up for us the long wait time . They have perfected the art of hookah making. That hookah will last you quite a bit of time as long as you're not hitting it every 2 seconds all night lol. The service was amazing and very friendly and even gave us suggestions on places to eat nearby. The ambience is great. When my friend brought me and my sister here it was such a nice experience! Place was packed, the drinks were great, the hookahs were perfect, and the SHAWARMA is even better!!! Grabbed 4 shawarmas to take back to Miami!! They don't make the sandwiches there in the cafe but they can order it from their restaurant and bring it to you, not far from the cafe! Took about 15min from the time I ordered and it arriving on my table! This place is nice and big! The employees were so polite and attentive to us and our hookahs (bonus) They even open earlier than the ones I know of! 12pm is pretty good! They have valet for those who can't find parking and there's no charge (no one works for free so please be nice and tip!) We came from Miami and enjoyed four beautiful nights smoking here! Even attended one of their live concert nights! Which was exciting and energizing! It's a bit pricey to be honest and they don't show you what your ordered on the bill which leads you to possibly over paying. I realized after I left the last day that the water bottle they first bring you when you get seated will be charged on your bill. Some of us ordered other drinks and forgot about our water bottles and ended up leaving them untouched yet still paid for. The problem with this place is that they don't tell you certain things. For example the live singer we saw, they never told us when they were seating us that there will be a $10 cover charge to each person. They stayed silent. Even when we called twice earlier that day and they didn't even mention it. Also the water bottles we're secretly paying for but not being told so. The bill is what bothered me the most. I hate going to places that do not provide you with what you ordered on the recipe. How else are we suppose to know if we're being cheated. Other than those issues I enjoyed my time there. Definitely need to fix these issues cause as I can tell from other reviews, you could be losing many more future customers. read more

Hookahs are super high quality, the woman who handles the flavors is extremely talented and came out before we ordered to offer suggestions and ended up making a custom combination for each of us. Great selection of imported non-alcoholic drinks and fruit cocktails. They also brought out some complimentary snacks which were delicious and went perfectly with our drinks. This cafe has a good Hookah, you can visit this hookah lounge if you like. Yesterday me and 35 other people that attended the soccer game match France - Croatia yesterday got ripped off. The owner decided to charge every one high price. When all guess arrived at this cafe, they didnt provide menu to know what to order and what is the price going to be for each plate. But instead they just simply ask if you need breakfast and we said yes. So they brought to us plate with food to eat, without providing prices or options. They charge us 350$. They brought us Hummus, Falafel, Boiled Eggs, 4 pita bread with Meat and Zaitar. 4 hookah 17$ each. If you double price everything is going to be 200$ not 350$ .. i am not going to this lounge anymore and all other people that they attended to watch the game they were unhappy and disappointed too. read more

This is a terrible place, very expensive with hidden charges also the hookah tasted horrible and made me sick. This place is not girls friendly I found that they favor guys over girls. We were four girls, when we got up to dance the manager came to us with a rude attitude and told us that we are not allowed. Well if dancing is not allowed why do they bring lives singer and why do we pay the cover charge??? In the other hand guys we're allowed to dance. Really shame on you!!! read more

This is by the far the worst lounge ever. Ordered gyro and it took 53 mins because they order from another establishment. They charged for bottle of water I didn't even ask. When I brought it up the guy said it's a law here and that they have to open the table with water. Hookah was terrible. Quick burning coals. All I tasted was coal. Save your money folks. read more

Great local hookah lounge. They have pretty good singers coming to sing on a weekly basis. I recommend coming here if you want to chill and enjoy a hookah with a live band. Been to a lot of hookah lounges, and I can honestly say their hookahs taste good and are very clean! read more
