I stopped in for breakfast with my boyfriend. The waitress was very sweet and accommodating. The place is pretty small so I can imagine it gets pretty packed during breakfast hours. I really liked their hashbrowns. I just ordered a basic breakfast of eggs, toast, sausage links, and hashbrowns. It came out with no issues. My boyfriend got the beef shawarma and he said it was okay. read more

Came here for a Sunday morning brunch with a friend and the place was packed! It was cute but small spot. We waited about 30 min which wasn't too bad! The service was amazing - our waitress was very nice and great about making sure we had everything we needed. Ordered a Crepe Forintio, Caramel apple waffle, and a sweet and savory French toast. Sweet and Savory French Toast - it was good but it would have been better with a bit of sauce! Tasted great after putting some syrup on it. Crepe Forintio - it was more sweet than savory. Not bad. Caramel Apple Waffle- was decent but have had better. The whipped cream was a bit granular (not sure why) but overall, it tasted good. Definitely would return again! read more

Ok, this is seriously my new favorite breakfast/brunch spot! Came in with my son on a Tuesday at 11, and we were seated immediately. Actually, the place was nearly full. The place is small, but cute and cozy - but I'd probably avoid it on the weekend because I don't like waiting. And I'm sure this hidden gem has a wait on the weekend! The menu is large, with an amazing variety of pancakes, waffles, French toast, crepes.. You name it. It's definitely not your typical breakfast joint. If you like sweet stuff, this is the place for you. Not me, I'm a savory girl, so I opted for the eggs benedict florentine (with spinach and mushrooms), and it was delicious! The eggs were cooked perfectly, as was the side of hash browns. And the portions are huge - as much as he loved it, my strapping teen athlete couldn't finish his country skillet, and that's saying something. Service was fast and friendly. Prices a little on the high side - two breakfast entrees, a large OJ, a coffee, and a side of bacon set me back $32. But worth every penny. You get what ya pay for, right? read more

Service was fine, the wait wasn't bad for showing up at 11:30 on a Saturday, but the food was below average. I ordered a meat lover's omelette and it tasted plain and under seasoned. I got chocolate chip pancakes on the side which were good but nothing spectacular. Overall about 3/5 stars, and I doubt I'll be back unless a friend really convinces me! read more

I checked in on Yelp and this 10% off coupon filled my screen. Now what do I do? I had the grilled salmon dinner with teriyaki sauce drizzled all over. The side salad was very good, and I opted for yellow rice and green beans with my meal. The salmon was most excellent and because my eyes were somehow bigger than my stomach, I had to take home a good portion of the dinner. As an added bonus, they also packed in some of their potato soup to take along as a special gift to a 1st timer. And then came the bill - with the Yelp electronic coupon deducted for a cool 10% off. Thanx!!! read more

Country omelette ordered and according to web site was omelette stuffed with hash browns and covered with gravy, this is what is specified on web site. Called and they stated it is called a southern omelette, which is not even on their menu online. Employee did nothing to resolve the issue. read more

After reading these 5 star reviews my husband an I had to find time to visit this cafe. Wow.... Fabulous food, friendly staff. We had dinner there late afternoon an ordered 3 of their daily specials. Needless to say, we had leftovers. We loved the food so much we came back in this morning. Presentation of their dishes are something you would find in a European Cafe. Of course, had to try a menu item an one of their specials. Seriously, I would bring guests from out of town knowing the food is delicious. If you stop by, just know you will find the staff friendly an Ann very knowledgeable about the specials an menu items. Definitely will be our go to restaurant. read more

So... This happened post-workout on Sunday morning. Finally hit up LeAndo's Cafe (@leandoscafe) in Macomb recently and I couldn't have been happier with my visit. I've been meaning to go for ages, so I'm so glad I finally was able to make it in. I ordered the Chicken Fiesta omelette, as well as one of their specialty pancake stacks: S'Mores Pancakes. The Chicken Fiesta omelette was fantastic.... But holllllyyyyy crap were the S'Mores pancakes amazing. HUGE portions too. I normally don't say this, but... They were the best pancakes I've ever had and that includes MINE (if you've ever had my pancakes, then you know how good they are). I had to share the pancakes, because there was no way that entire thing was fitting in my macros... Ha ha. Beyond the food, we had a great waitress that was very helpful and friendly. Ask for Miriam if you ever check the place out! Tell her I sent you too. All in all, I'm looking to make this a post-workout weekend tradition. And it's even better that I can order online and have them deliver the food to my house! I've never heard of any brunch place doing that, so it's unique and very convenient. Next up on my list: Reese's Pancakes. read more

Ok so my husband and I checked this place out because of the Yelp reviews. I'm severely gluten intolerant and therefore limited on where I can go. I was so excited to hear they offered opinions for me! I ordered western omelette which has Dearborn ham, bell peppers, onion and cheese. Sooo good! I also was allowed a side so I went for it and got the gluten free pancakes. I wasn't disappointed. They gave me two bug pancakes. They were all good. My husband decided on the peanut butter pancakes. He was in heaven I swear! Small location. I hope they're able to add space. Great good. Will go back! read more

The waitress was very nice and attentive. I was shocked at how small the place was, like literally about the size of your house's dining room and maybe kitchen combined but they seemed like a well oiled system of serving and seating people. Our food was really good, came out fairly quick. The only thing I could knock them for at this place with the big specialty pancakes, waffles and crepes would be to have fresh squeezed orange juice! Hopefully they can expand and get a larger location eventually.... had the red white and blue French toast! Yummm! read more

My friend and I met for brunch at Le Ando's a few weeks ago. I wanted to find something that was on her side of town. She has lived in the area for many years and had never heard of this place! It's in a very empty strip mall. It was a super tiny place. We arrived around 12pm and still had a wait. It was packed! It kind of reminded of me of Gina's Cafe in St. Clair Shores. The menu was extensive, plus they had a huge list of specials. It made me sad that I am lactose intolerant because some of those dishes sounded AHHHH-MAZING!!!! I had a vegetable omelette and hash browns. Both were delicious. My friend loved it and will definitely be back with her family! read more

I traveled about 30 minutes specifically for the gluten free pancakes. While I will say I would eat there again, I ordered the tootie fruity pancakes in the gluten free version which was a $2 up charge. They were good and the presentation was nice. They were very busy which is always a good sign. I do greatly appreciate that they have gluten free pancakes on the menu. I will go again, I wish they offered a half order because it was enough food for two meals. As to the decor and cleanliness it was average. The staff was very very kind! read more

First experience with Le Andos today and left with a good taste in my mouth (pun totally intended. Embrace the Dad jokes). Ordered a "Country Omelette" with feta instead of swiss, hashbrowns and pita instead of toast. The portions were generous and far better than standard or baseline diner food. The omelette was a hulking slab with plenty of ingredients cooked in. Pleased to have both Franks and Tabasco on the table by default as I use both. I get bummed out when it is one or the other. The menu was rather large with plenty of options (upside in my book, could see it being a downside if you are very indecisive but that's like... totally on you theoretical guy/gal). Only meh point was the size as it is a smaller joint in a strip mall. Will def be going again... Funny side note: 2-3 Matchbox Twenty songs were playing on repeat. I got my fill of Rob Thomas for the next 5 years. read more

Came here for breakfast and at first glance it does not look like much. Very small but clean. The waitress was very sweet and the food came out pretty fast. I got the Nutty Pecan Waffle which looked amazing. As soon as I was about to cut into the waffle I found a long piece of hair on my waffle. I was very put off by it but the waitress was kind enough to apologize and bring me a fresh waffle. Everything else was great and if it wasn't for the hair in my waffle it would have gotten 4 stars. Still worth it, go try it out! read more

You can order actual entrees but I've only been here for the crepes. Been here a few times and they're always pretty busy but they're fairly quick with bringing the food out. Nice selection of food on their menu as well! read more

We have been coming here since it opened and can't believe we never reviewed them! They literally have the best breakfast around, and it's not even close. They have very unique and exciting breakfast choices, from pumpkin pie crepes during the fall to crab cake Benedict. They literally have anything you can think of! Also, their service is tremendous, especially considering how busy they always are. The only two drawbacks are how small the place is, which leads to the second drawback, there's usually a wait. But if you want excellent food and service, you can't find a better place than Le Andos for breakfast. read more

I LOVE this little diner. the staff is so friendly and attentive. The food is great and very inexpensive.

The food is so amazing! Also I love the energy of the staff, such a lovely business to support. We need more businesses like this.

My two friends and I met for breakfast at this small cafe. We had to wait about 25 minutes before being seated. After we were done eating and had paid the bill, we set down our tip money then immediately after, the owner of the restaurant came to our table and asked if we needed anything else which we responded "no". She proceeded to tell us, "okay well we have another party we are going to seat at this table, so..." We got the hint. By just asking if we needed anything else would've been plenty. Our waitress was very polite or else we would've left NO tip at all. It's too bad the food was good because the service was not. Will not be returning to a place that only wants to serve their customers for a minimum of 30 minutes before basically asking them to leave. read more

If you are looking for a unique brunch, this is the place! The unique ways they can make a waffle or a crepe is astonishing. I love the chicken and waffles, and the East Coast Crepe is my favorite. Wow. This place sets the standard for what amazing breakfast should be. 5 dishes we ordered. Every single dish was cooked to perfection. Portions were huge, and quality through the roof. Crapes, Italian hash, burger, sandwich, and more all delicious. Literally the only thing is I added a bit of salt to my food. Everything else was perfect. Sausage was very good with hash browns and there was plenty of cheese. Anyone that hasn't ate here and lives anywhere in the vicinity of this place is missing out! read more

I came here on Saturday morning to find it was very small and busy inside. There wasn't room to wait inside so they took our phone number and we waited in our car for about a half hour which wasn't too bad. The service was really good for how busy it was inside and I was very impressed with the food. I got the Lululemon pancakes and they were everything I could've asked for. My only complaint with my visit was getting sat right next to the door, which was constantly being opened and closed while it was 20 degrees and snowing outside. I still love this place. They just introduced a new banana bread french toast and it BLEW. MY. MIND. However, I will say that service is slipping. And slipping bad. And I'm not sure why, because all of the staff has pretty much been the same since I started coming here a couple of years ago. I don't mind the waits, I expect that. I'm talking about the service once you sit down and it seems to be consistent between all servers. Wait forever to be acknowledged, drinks go unfilled, long periods of time before they come and check on you. read more
