We stopped them twice while loading to point out that they were stacking boxes clearly marked DO NOT STACK and FRAGILE and not keeping boxes upright that were clearly marked as THIS END UP. The TV's were carried upside down (in clearly marked TV boxes). We had 50% of our furniture damaged; most items are beyond repair. I contacted the company at 8am and 12pm on the same day only to receive a text letting me know they were at their grandchild's birthday party and need to get back to me the next day. It is confounding to me that (a) a child's birthday party would make you unavailable all day on a week day and (b) that a birthday party would take priority over taking care of business. This is our second interstate move and our 5th household move and the first time we've had any items damaged. DO NOT USE PNP Professionals if you value your belongings.
