I cannot say enough great comments about LBX Lighting. The store is in an area most commonly known for high end interior design and lighting. When the time comes for you to condider replacing you builder grade fixtures on you brand new house. I can tell you selection and unique one of a kind fixtures will be found there. My wife and I spent around two hours inside thinking and planning, based on what we already believed we wanted. I can only say "Ideas will change". We are extremely satified with Michael and his sales staff, as well as Jose and Leo there installers. The changes we made were three new light fixtures in the front of our house and one being added, giving the house much more balance than what the builder could see. An interior foyer light was centered properly, the removal of the builder grade fixture. Which was poorly placed, now our entrance has the appearence that sets our house apart. I am absolutely thrilled to have found this store! I bought a beautiful piece for my home and another one for my office. It's incredible to see how much difference these pieces made in making my home and office decoration interesting, classy and beautiful! What I loved the most about LBX is that they have a great selection for all tastes! I saw some incredibly fun pieces that I'm planning to add to my daughter's bedroom and the kitchen. Another very interesting and wonderful thing about LBX Lighting is that they have certified electricians on-site! My wife and I had requested some help in designing a lighting system. Michael visited our home and designed a lighting system that accentuates our furnishing, especially art pieces that were often lost in the rooms. Although the design was completed in early December, parts were ordered and the installation was completed the week before Christmas. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The electricians were very professional and worked around the holiday decorations in the rooms. Upon leaving, there was no need for a "cleanup". I visited LBX lighting for the first time today for a small matter - searching for an unusual halogen bulb. Then I returned because the lamp needed some repairs which were cheerfully done, on site, with the quickness! This is just a great store full of beautiful things. The owner, Michael Eftekhar, is approachable, knowledgable, and friendly. There is a toy-filled children's play area, plenty of comfortable seating for that impatient spouse, and a grand piano. Over the last 3 years I've stopped in LBX Lighting 4-6 times, made 2 purchases. Had to find a replacement bulb that was a challenge to locate. The sales person contacted the owner, the correct bulb was found at a fair price. In the future whenever I need a special replacement LBX Lighting will be the 1st and only place I'll shop. They arrived after dusk, but used the trucks's headlights to work on the problem. It was quickly diagnosed. They were willing to try to get parts immediately but we decided to wait until morning. They came, fixed the problem, successfully passed a grilling by a retired electrical engineer neighbor and gained at least 3 repeat customers. I will always call them in the future. read more

Terrible service. Arrogant pony tailed cigarette smoking jerk. Must be the owner otherwise he'd have no job. If he's not the owner should replace ASAP. Lot of options out there and I prefer to not deal w jerks so went down the road and got everything needed. $2,263.86 total lost. read more
