We decided to continue on to our original destination to make sure we were going to purchase what we really liked. When we got to our other location The store had way too many items and it was cluttered. We looked around, got back in our car, and went back to Houston Light Bulb and Lightning... and made our purchase! They have great prices and sales. They are a hidden gem. Thankfully, it did not cause serious injury, and at that time we chose not to escalate or take any legal action. However, the main chandelier is still defective -- bulbs continue to fall off, which is unsafe and unacceptable. Since it is installed on a very high ceiling, this is not something we can fix ourselves and requires proper warranty service. We have contacted the company 4-5 times, but they only make promises and never follow through. After receiving full payment, their lack of responsibility is extremely disappointing. If this issue continues to be ignored, we will have no choice but to share our full experience, including related photos, to accurately reflect the situation

He performed an annual maintenance service on my lights for a nominal fee. This year was the first time since Aaron installed my lights that they suffered damage from a lightning storm.
