At 120 minutes we contacted tow company directly and they replied they will contact driver and call us back. Over 2 and a half hours later, we called tow company and the person who answered told us driver has been sending messages and calling for the past 2 hrs (time frame not right), our phone goes straight to voicemail and they couldn't contact us, though we had a signal the whole time and receiving calls and messages from others. Tow company didn't even know our location or that we gave an additional phone number if the first couldn't be contacted. Long story short, highly not recommended due to dishonesty from company contact and irresponsibility putting the blame on the customer. This is exactly the opposite of "Aloha Spirit" here in Hawaii. Shame on the person working the phone at that time.
