These guys offer excellent service with a true "customer first" approach and true commitment of going above and beyond. They kept me informed all throughout the project, had it ready ahead of schedule and gave me my 4runner back beautifully detailed inside and out! They stayed right on budget and even did some touch ups to fix the other small wear and tear scratches. I highly recommend this family owned and operated collision shop 100% everytime.

Big shoutout to Ken's Towing, the dispatchers and Scotty (the driver)! I've only lived on island…read morefor three years, so I consulted Yelp for help finding a tow after my Puna Hooptie broke down at Cost-U-Less. The dispatchers were friendly and efficient. Scotty arrived within about 15 minutes, just like the dispatchers estimated. Scotty got me home before my frozen foods thawed and even took a little extra time to get my Puna Hooptie backed into my carport so that I would be out of the rain while fixing it. Scotty and I talked story during the tow. He is a super nice and funny guy! We talked about hunting and fishing in Alaska and Hawaii... how our parents and grandparents did it... how they would cook the meals, etc.. It was really cool to listen to his stories and learning more about the local culture! Thank you guys very much! Not only will I call you back when needed, but I'm going to refer you to anyone in need of a tow!

Aloha, and To Whom it May Concern:…read more I had my Escalade truck serviced today, and would like to thank Nicole for her excellent customer service.  I had a few questions and concerns, and Frankie was also very helpful as always.  Nicole followed up on my concerns, and her customer service defies superlative. I brought my car to Lex Brodie's in Hilo after my car overheated and my A/C stopped working. I…read moreexplained everything to them, including what my husband and I observed. They told me they would diagnose the problem and charged me a $206 diagnostic fee, plus additional repair costs. After the work was done, they called and told me the fan assembly needed to be replaced. The issue is they never properly tested the system before deciding this. They assumed the fan was faulty and replaced it. My husband even requested to have the old fan returned to us because we had heard concerns that parts are sometimes replaced unnecessarily, and he wanted to verify it himself. Once the work was completed, I still had the same issue: the fans were not running, and the A/C still didn't work. My husband tested the original fan afterward, and it worked perfectly. The real issue is something else in the system that is preventing the fans from being triggered. When I picked up the car, I immediately told them the fans still weren't running, but the employee, Tiana (or Tina), with red and black hair, talked down to me. She dismissed my concerns, told me the fans were working, and insisted my original issue wasn't what they tested for, even though this was exactly the problem I came in with. Today, when I returned, she again gave me a dismissive attitude. They eventually issued a refund but still attempted to charge me a $57 store service fee, which I made clear I would not be paying because no effective service was provided that resolved my vehicle's issue. I had to deal with this for two full days, yesterday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and today from 7 a.m. to noon, all while managing a toddler and an infant. For them to be so unprofessional and dismissive throughout this experience was completely unacceptable. The mistake was theirs, but the way I was treated was appalling. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.
