My car died and needed a tow. Called Nat's and they gave me an estimated time of 20-30 minutes. Came just as estimated. They were super nice and told us we could leave and they'll meet us at the house. Came home and not 5 minutes later they had my car home! They were super gentle with my car (they put blocks on the ground because my front end is low). Super fast and so professional! Price was definitely cheaper than what I was expecting too! Super appreciative of them answering right away and coming to my rescue! Thank you guys so much! Highly recommend them! read more

Nat's towing was great. Friendly service, reasonable price. Hope I don't need to but if I do, would definitely call them again.

Nice people. Very reliable, honest, and sincere business. No stress. Call them if you need a tow service. Strongly recommend. And they are on time too! read more

These guys are top notch! After calling multiple big name companies in Hilo for a tow from volcano to Kona and being turned away: Nats took the job without hesitation, showed up when they said they would, had great communication, gave me a discount and $$ off my next tow. They always answered the phone with a great attitude and willingness to help. I will be using their service for any future tows and would recommend them 10/10 for anyone needing fast, quality service. read more

Nat's Towing helped us out today. They promptly answered the phone, took my info and showed up according to the timeframe provided. We were quite pleased with their capable and professional roadside assistance. Their willingness to solve our car problem helped us avoid a tow and any further expense. read more

My car broke down in our driveway on Thursday before Christmas weekend. I tried to use Roadside Assistance from both State Farm and Honda but was told multiple times that a giant snowstorm was making it hard to find tow providers. I'm not sure how a snowstorm on the East Coast could affect me in Keaau, Hawaii under clear skies with 81º temperature, but that's what they said. I have another car to use, so I just waited...and waited...and waited for either Honda or State Farm to get me a tow truck. Three days later I gave up and called Nat's. Despite it being late in the day, he answered the phone on the second ring. He picked up the car the next morning and got it to the service provider in time for them to fix the car that same day. From now on I will not bother with some lame Roadside Assistance company and call Nat's right away whenever I need a tow. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Purely based on the advantageous way this guy runs his business. We were stuck less than 2 miles away from our house with no other option than to call a tow service. No other tow company was available and my boyfriend mistakenly told him that. After getting our truck to our house we asked the price and they charged us $100!!! For less than 2 miles! The driver had other jobs in Hilo because we heard him on his phone but the owner tried to tell us that since the driver came from Keaau and there was no one else to tow us he charged us $100. This wasn't the first time we had used this company and the last time he charged us $120 to tow a car 20 miles!! So 2 miles cost $100 and 20 miles cost $120...hmmm. He obviously took advantage of our situation. Beware when calling these guys!!! read more

We got stuck up on Saddle coming home from Kona to Keaau. It was a 2 hour wait, but Nat was good about keeping us informed. He dispatched Keali'i who was so full of Aloha it made a bad situation tolerable. In the end, they came through, were kind and helped us get home. Mahalo Nui Nat and Keali'i for your aloha! read more

Just like the review previous from Jill, we took the saddle road from Hilo to Kona expecting to find a gas station and there were none. Alas we didn't have enough gas to make it. We called out insurance company and they called more than 30 local businesses. One was willing to come but in like 3 hours. Finally they found Nat's Towing. Jim was our man from Nat's. He was there quickly. He was friendly, thoughtful, and professional. What a good kind man. This island is beautiful but many of the locals are snarly/surly. They take your money but don't give you much in return. The service from Nat's Towing delivered by Jim was the antidote to all the other experiences we had. God Bless him for giving a darn. Big shout out to Jim and Nat and Nat's Towing. read more

I got locked out of my car, tried Ken's but they wouldn't drive to Pahoa. Called Nat's, and Jim said he would be there within 30 minutes. He arrived on time, and got me in my car right away. Desperately need a tow. Have been calling for an hour and even left a voice message. They don't answer or return your calls. I have no idea how they make money or if they even want to. It would seem the only way to get a tow from them is to walk in and ask for it. read more

Thank God to Jim for coming to our rescue. I accidentaly left my car keys in the trunk while at volacano national park. Tired and exhausted from the hike and biking, he came after 35 min of us calling him. We had a rental car too. We tried calling the road assistance by hyundai but will get there in 2-3 hrs. So im glad we were able to call him and he was available right there and then. read more

Highly recommended. Professional, responsive, and patient. Nat spent a good 30-45 minutes trying to help me get my truck started before we finally decided we had to tow it. He got it out of a very tight spot by pulling it with chains before putting it on the bed of the truck. Incredible service, great communication, and truly a gentleman. I can't be happy that my truck needed a tow, but I am exceedingly happy that Nat was the one to do it. read more

I needed to get rid of 2 junk cars and Nat was right on top of it and the price was more than fair too. I called in the morning and by 9:00 he was there. The first junker was a truck in a bad spot with 3 flat wheels that wouldn't rotate. Took some serious know-how but Nat was able to drag the front of the truck over and get it loaded up. An hour later he was back removing the second car. I used to work on cars a lot and have had lots of cars towed by other companies, but Nat is my go to tow man now. Thanks Nat! read more
