This time I was shipping another car to my daughter in California. Researching was frustrating. Website online quotes went two ways...I never heard back or my interaction was not pleasant. Then checking out Yelp I was able to avoid some (that I reached out to originally) and contacted Patriot. The experience from the moment I contacted them to when my old car arrived in my daughter's driveway was flawless! I couldn't believe it. I met the driver at the Kohl's' shopping center and off he went. The communication, the status, the follow up. Patriot has the recipe for success. If this is what you need...no need to look elsewhere.

When I accepted a new job on the other coast, I knew that the one part of the cross country move I wouldn't have to worry about would be shipping my car. Just like last time, communication was easy and prompt despite it being August student moving / holiday / COVID truck driver shortage season. Eric was honest and up front, and managed my expectations so that I made the best decision time wise, even though it was more inconvenient on the front end. As long as 1st Haul Auto is operating and run by Eric, I will never use another company if I have to ship my car.

We had looked into other transport companies that provided lower estimates, but the reviews led us to second-guess their reliability. After reading the great Yelp reviews for 1st Call Auto Haul, we contacted Eric -- and, boy, are we glad we did! Within a month of our first phone call -- and after subsequent calls and email exchanges -- the car was expertly delivered to our home. Throughout the entire process and in every interaction, Eric was patient, thorough, and honest. My only suggestion would be to change the name to 1st *AND ONLY* Call Auto Haul as this is truly the one company you'll want to use to move your car!

She took the credit card payment, emailed me all the documents and provided proof of insurance for Yellow Transporters. She was so kind and professional as I called a few times with questions. The driver picked up the car on a Friday and delivered the car on Sunday at 1:00 pm. I received text messages notifying me when the car would be at the delivery destination and also for initial pick up. The driver arrived exactly on time and he was so nice. Thank you Julio! Our car arrived in perfect condition. We would definitely use both companies again.

Boston Auto Transport was fast to pick up my car too! Being a broke college student, it being affordable is very important to me. And luckily for me they offer really competitive price per mile. Since this is a big sell for me, I am very concerned on my car. They were extremely reassuring since they showed me pictures of my car and how they transport it. They also showed me equipment they use. They are awesome I would totally recommend this place.

In addition, the shipping service was extremely responsive, helpful, and willing to answers questions when presented. The price was also realistic and was underpriced compared to the quality I was given. They were extremely transparent with the procedure, and showed photos along the way. Signed with these guys, a trucker was booked, car was safely in Milwaukee, all within 5-days book to delivery. Habib was super responsive, answered all my questions just about immediately. If I have one critique, it would be with the trucking company itself, and not Fisher. They were good guys, got the job done--just that, I opted to pay upfront, at pick-up, instead of COD (my son is a college student in downtown Milwaukee, didn't feel like having him hanging out on the streets with $850 bucks) I was going to pay cash--but trucker said he was unable to give me written receipt. What?? Hell, you buy a 6-pack of beer, you get a receipt! He said they don't deal with paper--couldn't give me anything--and it's all done on phone app. So, at the last minute I ended up getting a cashiers check ($850). After pick-up, which went smoothly and on time, I signed the phone app, entered my email address (no I didn't enter incorrect address) but don't get the email/receipt. The next day I emailed Habib @ Fisher and he immediately responded, as did the trucker, and got the email with Bill of Lading to me. When I looked at it though--still no receipt. No record that any $ changed hands. I really didn't get the impression anyone was trying to rip me off or anything, I just thought it was an odd business practice that the trucker was even unable to scratch out on a napkin or something that payment was received in full. Anyway, if Habib at Fisher had not been so responsive and immediately acknowledged all was good, I "may" have gotten a bit pissed. In the end, all turned out great and I would for sure use these guys again.

I flew out of state to purchase a vehicle and I had the shipping set up before hand. A day before the scheduled pick up, I FINALLY GOT through to them and I was told it would be delayed because truck broke down. I was being told they weren't sure when the repair would happen. I had to call several times to finally be granted another company to pick up my vehicle. They did not offer another service on their end, I had to keep telling them I needed to have the vehicle removed from the dealership by a specific timeframe. Once the other company picked up, a few days went by and I called to get an ETA because they said I would be able to check on my shipment. They gave me the run around and said they had no way og knowing. After calling and being transferred around 6-7 times, I finally got a representative that was able to assist me and put me on contact with the driver. I would not recommend that you use this company at all. It's not worth the stress and they never offered any sort of compensation for my troubles. Stay away from this company. Nonetheless, the delivery driver delivered my vehicle after dark. I was also told that the vehicle should not be delivered after dark. I'm glad everything turned out to be OK in the end. But save yourself a headache. It's not worth the money.
