They have a number of vendors that will bring you a golf cart for rent scooters a variety of different things. The rates are extremely reasonable for the area. Their summer monthly rate is unbelievable, at $2100 a month that's a great deal. Staff members are always out working. They've got a really nice gift shop if you wanna pick up a shirt or a variety of other items. If you're gonna stay at an RV park this is the place to do it.

There is no laundry facilities and the lagoon area you can't swim in. Makes no sense why they have kayaks and floating cabanas if you can't swim in the lagoon. The bathrooms were nice. The pool was relaxing but the walls were dirty in the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. We won't be back with our 45' Rv. Very tight spots.

The sites are narrow, and the space between sites is minimal. If this park is ever full, there will be many who will not be able to have their awnings out and possibly even their slide out opened. Most sites are very difficult to pull into or back down because of how unforgiving and tight the park was designed . Lack of staff means the floating picnic canopies are deflating and green. Their pool is/was completely unusable and green. Their bathroom floors were thick with dirt. They had multiple turnovers in management and staffing. Come prepared for these inconveniences and you will enjoy being so close to Key West. It's also a telling sign is that they constantly encourage you to go next-door to the KOA for laundry, the pool, the pub, and the beach. KOA is clearly a good neighbor.

I really wished I had gotten the nice lady's name that took care of them, So I could mention her by name.? When I called the office to ask about an electrical issue. Adam came right on over to help. He was very knowledgeable helped me resolve my problem very quickly. The last morning before heading home. Got to eat breakfast at the on site food truck "Deluna's Cafe" before heading out and it was just as delicious as advertised. I explained when I booked this trip that I had a boat and I was camping in a tent. I believe there…read morewas only 20 ft in between each picnic table which we had to fit tent, canopy, vehicle etc. It was so tight. I will never go back. You can see from the photos. They have a Tiki hut that lost its liquor license and they had a grill that was closed. They never answered the phones and while the girls were nice it wasn't worth the cost. I asked to be moved to a tent site and I was told I would have to pay for both sites as I needed a boat ramp. Oh and my boat was actually in front of the person next to me's camp site. So when the person on my right needed to access their jet skis they did so in front of my tent area and I had to go onto my campers to the left of me's campsite to get onto my boat. OHHH and the ramp. Well that can surely be extended about 6 ft. Don't bother trying to get in or out in low tide and even in almost high tide we had to have someone help us push our 21 footer off the trailer. I told the desk this and they said the property was sold so who knows what will become.

The staff was friendly and very helpful pointing out places to eat, fish and visit. Showers and bathrooms were clean, marina and beach clean. The only negative was on the weekends when large groups of kids would be out very late on golf carts or wandering the grounds being loud. I don't blame the campgrounds for this...just uninterested parents. We will be back for sure.

We did the "diy" tent, they hand you one and you set it up. They have propane grills and provide bbq materials and you cook and clean yourself. Cheeseburgers in paradise, beans, mac and cheese in a box. Decent. Sunset is killer.

There are ear plugs in the bathroom for guests, but it's not that bad, but we did have a middle unit. The place was NICE! Our family easily fit in the 1 bedroom, using the pull-out couch too. The kitchenette was AMAZING! We brought some pasta and sauce, not knowing what they had. They had multiple pots and pans, plates, bowls, and utensils for 4, and cooking utensils. A dishwasher to toss it all in at the end. We explored all around, taking a 2+ mile hike a couple of times. Lovely views! We went in 95+ heat and the AC kept up just fine and there were fans in the unit as well. Was worth the price to stay here in the National Park for a night and experience this.
