Instead of handling the situation with kindness or understanding, a staff member made us clean it up ourselves. My sister was wearing a dress, and they still insisted she pick it up. To make matters worse, they made my young sister walk outside to throw the trash away herself. Accidents happen, and this could have been handled with basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, the managers and staff came across as rude, unwelcoming, and lacking any sense of customer service. We left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Unfortunately, because of how we were treated, we will not be returning. There are plenty of places in Galveston that treat their customers with much more kindness and respect.

My daughters have shopped here regularly and have spent hundreds of dollars because they genuinely enjoyed the store. Unfortunately, our experience today completely changed our opinion. The owner/manager was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional toward my daughters. There was no reason for the way they were treated, and it left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed. After reading through other reviews, it appears that similar experiences have happened to other customers as well, which is unfortunate. Customer service should be a priority, especially for loyal shoppers. We won't be returning, and I would encourage others to consider supporting the many other local businesses in Galveston that appreciate and value their customers.

This business proved to me and apparently many others that it is a complete SCAM. They will take your order and take your money and then will not respond to emails. The email address that takes PayPal money will not even accept emails from me. The Wendy email was accepted but no return. If you are near that store location, please report them to the local prosecutor so they can be put in jail. (My PayPal claim is in progress.) read more

Love the selection at the Lazy B - Always adding new styles and their team of employees are super helpful. I realize that they are a small business and sometimes have to place special orders for sizes they don't have in stock - but they are always happy to do so. read more
