I never received my order. They never replied to emails. I had to get a refund through PayPal. They didn't even reply to the messages left through PayPal. I waited nearly month before I started asking about it to give them plenty of time for shipping. read more

Zero stars is the correct rating. I ordered a bit on June 24, 2019. My credit card was charged that day. On June 28 the order status was changed to "awaiting shipment." Days and days passed, and I sent several emails with no reply from them. Finally, I called. Was told item was back-ordered. I would not have placed the order if I had known that when ordering. I asked if it had been ordered from the manufacturer. I was told it had been. A week later, I called again, and was told it had not been ordered yet. I asked if it could be drop-shipped from manufacturer. Emphatic NO, can't be done. I was promised that when it came in, I would be called and it would be shipped out the same day, priority, to make up for my wait. On July 19 I sent email and messages to cancel my order. On July 24th I received a message from them: "Hello We have the bit in would you like me to ship it out today. If not we can issue the refund on this order. Sorry about the delay. Thanks Brittany" I told them to go ahead and send it, priority mail as they promised. Next order status change was that mailing label had been printed, on July 24th. On August 3rd it was FINALLY actually shipped, not priority. Arrived to me on August 7th, 2019. So, from order to receipt was 45 days. Door to door, their store to my home is 124 miles. I could have walked down there and back in a month and a half. I am disgusted and will NEVER buy from them again, nor will I ever recommend them. Extremely poor customer service. The only positive I can give is that I did receive the correct item. read more

I too have been scammed by them!! Placed an order in May and as of September still have not received my item. Of course the money was deducted from my visa when the order was placed!! Honestly I had forgotten about them which is what they want you to do, I believe. I have emailed several times. Have called and asked them to cancel my order and be refunded. When I asked for a confirmation # they told me the owner wasn't in and she would do that this afternoon. When I asked who the owner was she stated it was Wendy. Dont understand the bad reviews its not bad at all. maybe its others who are impatient its not a big corporate store its a small town store. I ordered two ( 2 ) Pair of Wrangler Mens Jeans ( 38" X 32" ) on December 25, 2017, receiving a confirmation that the order had been placed, on December 29, 2017 I had paid with Paypal ( thankfully ) so they had my money right away. Immediately, I started receiving junk e-mail trying to sell me things. On January 3, 2018 I received an email stating the the items I had ordered, were out of stock, ( due to low inventory... yada yada ) That they had been ordered from the manufacturer, and that I would receive a tracking number ( I'm still waiting ) On the 3rd of January another ad " Add a little cow to your life" to which I responded, "just send my stuff". ( No reply ) On Tuesday January 16, 2018, I sent an e-mail: "Where is my stuff, I have been very patient" directly to "wendy@lazybgeneralstore.com" ( No reply ) This morning January 22, 2018 I made four attempts to call the establishment directly, two phone calls which were disconnected, and two from a second, cell phone that met the recording "this number is no longer in service" I suspect that these folks are just flat out crooks, or at very least inept at business. Today, i have initiated a claim with Paypal, but isn't it a shame that this has to be my only recourse, after waiting a month. Remember when business owners were honest and forthcoming? Would a simple disclaimer on their website ( Item in short supply, or item on backorder ) be too much to ask? Well I guess I should have read previous reviews. I ordered 4 pair of jeans on December 20 and received a confirmation. As of today 2/23/18 I have not received the jeans. I have made numerous attempts to get the order without filing a claim with pay pal. So far I have received one pair. Last contact from them was 2/1 when they shipped that one pair. I was told the balance of their order from Wrangler would arrive 2/5 and they would ship the balance. At 8:00 AM 2/21 I sent a message asking for a refund or the balance of the order. I received no response as of today 2/23. I will never order from this company again and will attempt to make a complain with pay pal. $155.00 for 1 pair of jeans. Really! Terrible customer service! On April 27 I ordered a pair of men's twisted X shoes, and as of May 24 I still have not received them. Not only do I not have my order, I've never received an email confirmation, phone call or anything else letting me know what the status of my shoes were.
