So we came out here for the picture along the back wall of the building but we also, wanted to potentially support the business. When you come inside, it's a very cute resale shop for young children and maternity. The items were very cute but the prices were a bit high in my opinion for resell. So come on by if you're looking for some deals on baby/maternity, but also enjoy the art on their wall.

They had two girls working but both were dealing with returns and it took FOREVER. Finally another girl took us on the other side, which was a relief. The other negative is that it's just so dang crowded with merchandise that it's hard to maneuver. Add in people and it's hard to get around the store. Very frustrating when you just want to get in and out. Nonetheless, we got exactly what we came for and were happy with the cost.

As I stood in line for the refund the line grew to about five people waiting for the cashiers. One cashier was lining this gift box with paper two different ways and then cut all the tags off of every single item and there were a few and then tucked in the other tags that didn't have prices on them and then put them all nice and neatly in the box and basically turn keyed a customers baby gift for someone outside the store. Mind you the elderly lady had a capable assistant, I think a granddaughter who was college age that absolutely could've helped her fix that box. I don't think that if an elderly person actually has help with them that you should take over the whole process making five other people wait 20 minutes until you finish wrapping her gift for her with her assistant right beside her. As soon as that woman and her niece walked away a new cashier came up and started helping. So basically she saw the line, she saw her building presence for other people and she still just stayed back in the back room not helping. Terrible customer service, bad form, that's not their job to put together a shower gift for a person when you have a line of five or more people waiting and you were the only cashier. It was ridiculous and I know that in these times that things have definitely changed but professionalism, it's not that hard, you can do it!!

Try to go with a plan of what you need. A bathing suit? Kids clothes? Dress shoes? Don't try to just look at everything because that could quite literally take an entire weekend. The dressing rooms for women only have FOUR stalls. Yes FOUR. And you are only allowed 8 items. The wait was close to 45 minutes. If you want to try on more than 8 items then head to the back of the line again. This place could really benefit from sample sale style dressing rooms. If you love Gianni Bini this is hands down an incredible selection at deeply discounted prices. There are rows and rows of dresses, pants, etc etc. There is also a really nice designer section with previous season finds. For prom dresses or evening gowns this would be well worth a visit because $500 dresses are marked down significantly, and there are plenty of sizes from 0 to 18. The shoe section is very well organized by size and color. Sam Edelmen, Adidas, and Antonio Melani abound. You cannot take shoes into the dressing rooms so I would recommend visiting the shoes once you are finished clothes shopping so you don't have to leave the shoes in a pile outside of the dressing room. There are these gray trolley baskets that you can use for your finds, but they are difficult to navigate through the packed racks and they are also not allowed in the dressing rooms. Once you have your bounty selected get ready to wait AGAIN at checkout. I think it was another forty minutes to check out. Would I visit again? Yes definitely, but I will go very early when they first open, have a more specific agenda, and not be in a hurry. I would also recommend bringing the kids snacks. Only open 12-7. Closed Mondays.
