A store owner told us about this place that was not too far. I think we first went into the wrong place there a two stores that have doors right next to each other. The first place, the girl helping wouldn't leave our side but not in a helpful way. The place was to cramped and not enough room to move around. We saw a dress we liked and she gave us a huge discount but the price was still high. The shop girl first said we could order it but then came back and said it was sold out. We also weren't allowed to take pictures. I don't know why, we had seen so many dresses it gets confusing with slit, no slit, backless, halter, short and long dresses. We felt rushed and didn't see a lot of variety of prom dresses. FN Formals We decided to pass and my nieces size was sold out. We literally went next door and the first thing we noticed is all the dresses they have hanging on the wall with a number. You see a dress you like, get the number, locate on the numbered racks and find your size. It's all self serve. If you don't find your size they will help you find it. We were allowed to try on as many as we wanted. The girls working there were so helpful and not pushy. We didn't feel rushed and were allowed to take pictures. We actually had fun seeing everyone come out in their dresses. It was a good experience. They have two mirrors in the fitting room and in front of store. My niece found what she was looking for and the price was perfect $130. I don't remember what the other dresses were going for we tried on. We went during the week on Monday and it wasn't that busy. I'm sure it gets crazy on the weekends. I think they close at 6:30pm but call to confirm but we got there around 4 or 4:30. They had wedding dresses there too that are beautiful. For a young bride on a budget. Some tips. Bring a pair of heels to get an idea of what the dress will look with heels. If you plan on wearing certain under garments or stockings bring or come with it on. Some of the dresses have lots of sequins and can snag and get caught on things. Also some dresses have spaghetti straps, halter or strapless. You want to have the right bra on to see how it will look with the dress. All sales are final. Try to go during the week if you can to be in and out of the fitting room. I think they have 6 or 8 fitting rooms but with so many dresses to try on I can see how you could have to wait for a fitting room. During the weekend they could do things differently to try on dresses and get ppl in and out of the fitting room. Again I was there on a Monday around 4pm. My niece is 18 and this dress is for her high school prom. If you don't see the dresses on the wall with a number to locate yourself on the racks, you are at the wrong store.

They will help you find a dress in the color you want and also help you when trying them on. They take the dresses off the hangers and rehang when you are done. This sounds strange but these dresses are long, heavy and very time consuming when doing this yourself. This also helps keep the dress in nice shape. This area sells 1000's if long gowns, Quinceanera dresses, and tons of accessories all at amazing prices. My older daughter found a great dress a few years ago so we had high hopes. Both of my daughters are tall (5'10 & 6'0") so this is not usually an easy task. We stopped in a few different stores before returning here. (Save the best for last) The lady who was helping my daughter was so nice. She went above and beyond to help her find that perfect dress, that was long enough. And you guessed it...SHE FOUND ONE!!! It needed a tiny alteration and they recommended a lady that was only a block away. (She was fantastic!) (She did it while we waited.) I will post her business card. Since these are winter clothes and the size was clearly too large, I wouldn't be able to use them anytime soon. When I went to return the items, the sales associate, Shaneen, told me the jacket could not be returned because the tag had been removed, even though I had the tag and the receipt with me. The interaction felt rude and unhelpful. She eventually said she would process the return "this time," as if she were doing me a favor, and even mentioned that I could speak to her manager, Kristen. She also did not review my receipt and refunded me based on the current sale price instead of the price I originally paid, which meant I received less money back. , I've been a longtime customer and have purchased many items from Janie and Jack. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. Since they moved the location and Go Global took over the brand, the level of customer service seems to have declined significantly.
