So much of the merchandise is now behind glass and there is never someone to open up the case. They are losing money with their own anti-theft policies. Your questions are irrelevant. All of the little "booths" have a little something for everybody, including used clothes and shoes. You know the usual. A lot of the consignment owners are negotiable prices. If you're in the area, I would totally stop by, but just don't expect to have conversation with the lady who runs it.
