if I could give this review a negative 5 I would! I went into the store and 2 lady's were at front desk I came up to them and asked if I can have exchange for bigger size my kids came in other day and got them and I told them I don't have the receipt the one
(manger )proceed to open box and looks at them then says they been worn I told her only in the store when tried them on they had nothing on them. so she tried my sons phone number and email told me neither worked so then I say I will just have him come back and do it said thank you and left, well told my son what happened he called them and called me back so I called back and was asking her why she needed that information if I was only needing the exchange she got loud at me said I told him he is only allowed to get that from her not me and I said please don't be rude and give me corparete number she said I'll give you that when you get here. I hung up and found number myself and reported her today I hope she gets fired and doesn't work in customer service or hospitality anymore. I don't know if she has some rasist thing about white people or what but she gave me attitude since first walked in and spoke with her. read more
